The more I see of All Stars, the more I think they're trying to set up Connor and Riya as this complicated, emotional couple who set aside the game for each other...and then they're going to rug pull and Connor is going to have feelings for Alec.

Like, they gave Alec all of these scenes with Connor, and then he forms an alliance with everyone on his team but him? Okay.

Connor and Riya are already broken up officially? Okay.

Alec tells Connor to find someone who wants the same thing as him, and then Connor has a confessional talking about how Alec is a great guy? Okay.

(It's also worth noting, that his confessionals to Riya almost exclusively mention how 'different she is' and how he 'doesn't like this side of her'. And he mentions multiple times that her game play is unnecessary. But he finds Alec just fine, which is interesting.)

Rather than being broad, or telling him to watch himself, Miriam tells Connor to "Not trust Alec?" Okay.

Like all we're short of at this point is a confessional where Connor talks about how he wants to kiss Alec.
