Description: The youngest child of his golden son, Snow treasures his granddaughter. She didn't just have a silver spoon, she grew up with the silver spoon. His demeanor towards her is always warm, and he does keep an extra, watchful eye on her. He has noticed how she does seem to have a lot of Mockingjay memorabilia as of late.

She can be sympathetic towards the districts or just be oblivious like the rest of The Capitol. When the rebellion hit, she might side with them or The Capitol. Would be interesting to see how she'd fair in District 13 down the line too. I don't know, let's just have some chaos! Status: Open
