Description: domitila's mother is from an old money family from the capitol who married someone who was not, and had domitila. when her husband died (killed by her), she soon rejoined high society and remarried festus creed's heir, siring this muse. seeing as they are a creed, they have received only the best growing up, were raised alongside the snow and the cardew and the cranes and all of the other important families of the capitol, and were also expected to live up to it. it's up to you if they fall in line or if they've become a rebel but their relationship with domitila (who would have been 14 when they were born) has always been a bit shaky, as they were the golden child, and domitila was pushed aside, something she's still resentful about.

Description: the star crossed lovers. they've been through a lot by now - their games, the whirlwind of a victory tour, a wedding in the capitol, mentoring together during the quell. on the last night of the quell, they were pulled apart for interviews and so peeta was captured by the capitol, while katniss was taken to thirteen. he was her reason to becoming the mockingjay, and for two months, he was dangled in front of her for interviews (some can be read on the main as plot drops), while he was tortured and hijacked for staying loyal to her. by now, peeta has been rescued, but he's not himself anymore, and it seems there is a long way to recovery - - for himself and for everlark as a couple.

Description: Basically, it's just my headcanon that these two grew up together in the Career Academy but, while undeniably strong, this character didn't really display the traits of a cold blooded killer that would've put him in the running to enter the Games, and instead he had a more cheerful and kind and gentle disposition. Thea on the other hand was ruthless and cold, but despite that an unlikely friendship blossomed between the two of them (though Thea probably didn't admit they were friends for a good while LMAO). From there, we can definitely plot it out, but I definitely would like for them to have remained friends all these years and for him to have helped Thea through her trauma.

I'd love for this character to be involved in the rebellion, which would essentially be the reason he volunteered to enter the Games this year (much to Thea's surprise bc we love that angst.) How, why, and for how long he's been involved is totally up to you! We can flesh that out as well if you'd like my input on it. Status: Taken

Description: gale has been a constant in katniss' life ever since their fathers died, but things have drastically changed in their dynamics since she's returned from the games; she cares for him, but not romantically (and that won't change). i've been writing with the mindset that the whipping after thread's arrival to 12 as new head peacekeeper has already happened, so between that and katniss' wedding, things have been definitely tough for gale and if he had the opportunity of helping any rebellion, he sure would. with his mother being reaped (because the guy cant catch a break), maybe he's won the lottery ticket and came to the capitol? Description: They became each other's home after Annie's time in the arena. It wasn't an instant love affair, but it grew deep. They keep each other grounded even when Cresta is in four and Odair is in The Capitol. When and how Annie and Finnick became more than friends can be plotted out! 

I have been running with the notion that they have a son named Percy, who is between the ages of one and two. This could be scrapped if you'd prefer but I love the idea of us giving him time with his son unlike a certain author that we love but really threw Finn to the dogs. In the Mockingjay era, he's currently safe in D13 with their son while Annie is being held in The Capitol.

Due to logistics of the group, Finn would have won the 62nd games rather than the 65th!

Description: 11 years ago, when Ángel was only 14, a bad bout of flu that had been going through District 13 hit his family harder than most, killing both his parents and his little sister.  13 not having much use for an orphanage, he was placed with another family or a guardian (I'm completely up to either whether it be a pre-existing family unit or someone who had stepped up by themselves!)  For this connection I'm looking for any of said family members or guardian.  Not going to lie, despite Ángel being a happy-go-lucky sort of guy now, it only came from many years of therapy and working out all his pain and anger from losing his family.  So most likely when he lived with this muse/these muses, he was probably a massive pain in the ass.  I'm completely up to plotting the dynamic then and how it ended up and how they interact now!  I'm also very flexible if you want to bring in a canon d13 character or make an OC!

Description: Agatha Cresta is the matriarch of the Cresta family. Her and her late husband Marcin met at The Academy in four. She was brazen, bold, and fiery while Marcin was soft-spoken and cool. They worked as fishermen before eventually opening up a successful market. They had one son by the name of Fletcher who they also put through The Academy.

[Death tw] Eventually, Fletcher would get his late best friend's girlfriend pregnant. (They were grieving.) Neither wanted to raise Annie. Marcin and Agatha disowned Fletcher and took Annie in. When Annie was ten, Marcin would pass and it's been the two of them since. When Annie became a victor, Agatha moved into her victor village home with her. She still runs that very market that her and Marcin opened up.

Agatha is outspoken and confident. She helped evacuate people out of district four and now is in district thirteen. She plays a big role in her great-grandson Percy's life.

If you pick her up, I do picture her speaking in a lot of proverbs and shit. Very cool lady, probably is besties with Mags. Status: Open

They met by chance when Cecelia was twenty-two and they quickly fell in love and had a very quick wedding without getting the Capitol’s permission. They have been dealing with the fall out of that decision for many years. Sterling has stood by Cecelia’s side through the Capitol’s exploitation of his wife and their children through a sort of reality tv show, but at some point he decided enough was enough. Unbeknownst to Cecelia, he has been working with the rebels in District Eight as an inside man in order to try to take down the Capitol and President Snow. Status: Taken

She's never experienced true romantic love, someone wanting her for her, and not because she is a victor. She doesn't really understand it, but she see's Thea and Ezra, and knows she wants that. She just doesn't think she's good enough for that kind of love. This connection would be for someone to literally sweep her off her feet. Description: Cadence was abandoned by her mother aged 10 after her father died. Her father was considerably older than her mother, with him being 39 when she was born (whilst her mother was 22). Her mother didn't really want the relationship, or her children, and took the opportunity that was given to her when their father died. The pair have barely communicated since then, and Cadence has no desire to reconcile at all. There is the added dynamic that Cadence's mother would be the same age as Thea and Ezra who Cadence considers her parents. With Clove having died last year it would have shaken feelings up, with only Cadence being left of the mother's family. Status: Open
