Types of Permanent Makeup Eyebrows
Tumblr media
There are several types of permanent makeup eyebrows available to suit different preferences and skin types. Let's explore some popular options:
Microblading This technique involves using a hand tool with fine needles to create hair-like strokes, mimicking natural eyebrow hairs. It's ideal for those with dry to normal skin and desired a natural, defined look.
Microshading Microshading uses a machine to deposit pigment into the skin, creating a soft powder-filled brow effect. It's suitable for various skin types, especially oily skin.
Combo Brows Combining microblading and microshading, combo brows offer a blend of hair strokes and powder fill for a fuller, defined look. This technique is versatile and works well on most skin types.
Ombre Brows Ombre brows create a shaded effect, gradually darkening from the tail to the head of the brow. This technique provides a soft, defined look and is suitable for various skin types.
Powder Brows Also known as shaded brows, this technique involves depositing pigment into the skin using a machine to create a filled-in, powdered brow effect. It's ideal for oily skin and those who prefer a bolder look.

The level of pain experienced during microblading can vary from person to person, but here are some key points about what to expect:
Pain Levels: Most people describe the sensation during microblading as uncomfortable rather than painful. It is often compared to light scratching or a series of tiny pinpricks. The pain is generally mild and manageable for most clients.
Numbing Cream: Before the procedure begins, a topical numbing cream or gel is usually applied to the eyebrow area to minimize discomfort. This helps reduce the pain significantly, making the procedure more tolerable.
Sensitivity: The level of pain can depend on individual factors such as skin sensitivity, pain tolerance, and the thickness of the skin. People with more sensitive skin might feel more discomfort, while others might barely feel anything.
Sound: Some clients report that the sound of the microblading tool, which makes a scratching noise, can be more unsettling than the actual sensation. Being prepared for this sound can help reduce anxiety during the procedure.
Aftercare Discomfort: After the procedure, it's normal to experience some mild discomfort, redness, or swelling in the treated area. This usually subsides within a day or two. Proper aftercare is essential to ensure a smooth healing process and minimize any discomfort.
Communication with the Technician: If at any point during the procedure you feel significant pain or discomfort, it’s important to communicate this to the technician. They can pause the procedure, apply more numbing cream, or adjust their technique to make you more comfortable.
Overall, while there might be some discomfort, most people find the experience bearable and worth the results.

The Ultimate Guide to Permanent Eyeliner: Benefits, Process, and Aftercare
Tumblr media
Discover everything you need to know about permanent eyeliner, from its benefits to the process and aftercare tips. Enhance your eyes with this time-saving beauty treatment. Read more at Style Avenue.
Permanent eyeliner is becoming an increasingly popular choice for those seeking a long-lasting solution to their daily makeup routine. This cosmetic procedure offers a myriad of benefits, making it a go-to option for many individuals looking to enhance their eyes effortlessly. In this comprehensive guide, we'll explore what permanent eyeliner is, its benefits, the process involved, and crucial aftercare tips to ensure the best results.
What is Permanent Eyeliner?
Tumblr media
Permanent eyeliner, also known as an eyeliner tattoo, is a cosmetic procedure where pigment is applied to the upper and/or lower lash lines to create the appearance of eyeliner. This semi-permanent makeup technique saves time, provides a smudge-proof look, and ensures perfectly defined eyes without the daily hassle of applying traditional eyeliner.
Benefits of Permanent Eyeliner
Time-Saving: One of the most significant advantages of permanent eyeliner is the time it saves. No more daily application and reapplication of eyeliner.
Smudge-Proof: Unlike traditional eyeliner, permanent eyeliner doesn't smudge or smear, making it ideal for active lifestyles and humid climates.
Consistency: It offers a consistently flawless look, ensuring your eyeliner is always symmetrical and precisely applied.
Customization: You can choose from a variety of styles, thicknesses, and colors to match your desired look.
The Process
The procedure begins with a consultation where the technician discusses your desired outcome and selects the appropriate pigment color. During the session, a topical anesthetic is applied to minimize discomfort. The technician then uses a specialized tool to deposit the pigment into the upper and/or lower lash lines. The entire process typically takes around 1-2 hours.
Aftercare Tips
Avoid Water: For the first few days, avoid getting the area wet to allow proper healing.
No Makeup: Refrain from applying makeup near the treated area for at least a week.
Healing Cream: Apply the recommended healing cream to soothe the skin and promote healing.
Sun Protection: Protect the treated area from direct sunlight to prevent pigment fading.
Possible Risks and Considerations
While permanent eyeliner is generally safe, it’s important to choose a qualified and experienced technician to minimize risks. Possible side effects include minor swelling, redness, and irritation, which typically subside within a few days. Always follow the aftercare instructions provided by your technician to ensure the best results.
Permanent eyeliner is an excellent option for those looking to simplify their beauty routine and enjoy perfectly defined eyes every day. If you're interested in learning more about this procedure, visit Style Avenue for detailed information.

🔥AK Microblading🔥 PhiBrows Semi permanent hairstrokes! Treatments & Training
Eyebrow microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing technique that enhances the appearance of eyebrows. It involves using a handheld tool with ultra-fine needles to deposit pigment into the upper layers of the skin, creating hair-like strokes that mimic natural eyebrow hairs. This procedure is also known as eyebrow embroidery, feathering, or 3D brows. Here's an overview of the microblading process: Consultation: Before the procedure, you'll typically have a consultation with a microblading artist. During this consultation, you can discuss your desired brow shape, color, and overall look. Preparation: The artist will clean and numb the eyebrow area to minimize discomfort during the procedure. Mapping: The artist will use a pencil or other tools to measure and mark the desired shape of your eyebrows. This mapping step ensures that the final result is symmetrical and tailored to your facial features. Microblading: The artist uses a small hand tool with fine needles to create tiny, hair-like incisions in the skin. Pigment is then applied to these incisions, resulting in natural-looking eyebrow strokes. The process may take a couple of hours, and the level of discomfort varies from person to person. Healing: After the procedure, there is a healing period during which the pigment settles, and the skin undergoes a natural exfoliation process. It's common to experience some redness and mild swelling during this time. Touch-up: A follow-up appointment is usually scheduled a few weeks after the initial procedure to address any areas where the pigment may not have taken as well and to make any necessary adjustments. Microblading provides a more semi-permanent solution compared to traditional eyebrow tattoos, and the results can last anywhere from 1 to 3 years, depending on factors such as skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle. It's essential to follow post-procedure care instructions provided by the artist to ensure proper healing and longer-lasting results. Additionally, it's crucial to choose a skilled and experienced microblading artist to achieve the best possible outcome.

How to take care of your new Micro-bladed eyebrows.
Tumblr media
You just received your new micro-bladed eyebrows! Now what do you do?
Immediately after:
Your implanted pigment will appear quite dark. The natural skin will will look red from being worked on. Microblading is a process where a row of tiny needles are used like a blade to "slice" thin lines into the skin to mimic the individual eyebrow hair. (There are other methods of implanting pigment to achieve this same appearance of natural hairs but I will save that is for another story)
Tumblr media
It takes anywhere from 7 to 14 days for the skin to begin to appear healed and for the pigment to fade to its intended shade. To better understand the healing process. Natural skin will heal over the implanted pigment over time. Our skin is not transparent like a windowpane. It filters the pigment color which in turn softens the color after the skin has healed. Starting out, the reason the brows are darker is that the pigment color is initially laying in both the etched lines and on the surface of the skin. As the skin is healing the process creates a gradual softening of the implanted color by the skin growing or healing over the cuts to the final desired end result.
Follow these steps to take care of your skin after microblading:
Avoid getting the area wet for at least 7 days. This includes keeping your face dry during a shower. Now what we mean is to not stand facing up at the shower head. Which you will have a tendency to do. As our natural the skin heals, it will begin itching. When trying to find a little relief from the itch you "think" the shower is a gentle scratch. Wrong! it will only rinse away your new investment. The water starts rinsing away the pigment that is laying on the surface and reaching down into the implanted scored hair lines in the brow. You can and will get wet on the face, keep it brief and blot gently to dry.
Don't wear makeup for at least a week. This is because the pigment is still settling into the shallow cuts in the skin created by blading. You wouldn't want to take a chance at getting an infection by applying makeup on an open wound.
As the skin heals it will start to look like a scab.... DO NOT pick, rub or scratch the eyebrow area. This irritation you are feeling can be helped by keeping the healing ointment given to you by the technician. Plus a little added secret, an itch is a low grade of pain so sometimes you can help relieve this itch by taking an Aspirin or what ever you use when you get a mild headache. This itch is normal as the skin heals.
Avoid Saunas, swimming, and excessive sweating as in exercising working out in the heat. If you want to preserve and protect your new brows for the best result. This is recommended to do until skin is healed and you have your follow-up appointment which is usually scheduled around 21 days after your initial appointment.
Keep you hair or bangs away from your brow line. To prevent an irritation to the area.
Apply the medicated after care ointment provided to your technician. It is important to follow aftercare instructions to get a good healed result.
After your skin is fully healed, you'll want to protect your microblading investment by taking care of your skin. Applying a sunscreen to the microbladed area may help prevent fading.
