He knows it, too, she's sure. “I suppose you do,” he purrs as he stuffs a few of the useful items in the chest into the pack on her back. “We’ll just have to think of a way for you to make it up to me, won’t we?”

Good progress on ch 6 today - about 2,000 words so far and I've got one more scene to add and then on to editing. Probably done tonight or tomorrow!

At about 5,700 words now with ~one more scene to flesh out. Friday might be too optimistic, but I’m flying Saturday so I should be able to edit and post by then!
