dammit i meant cow DIALECT, not accent. damn although arguably i guess you could call it an accent, since dialect is regional/colloquial differences within the same language (eg, a southern "accent", british "accent", AAVE and SAE), whereas an ACTUAL accent is one language carried into another (german accent, french accent, etc.) so arguably cow poems could be said to have phonetics based on a a cow accent, if cows can be said to have english as a second language, with cowspeak being their first. but we can't know this for certain without confirming the existence of a separate cow language,
