Just finished the new chapter and GOD my heart aches for Isabella’s mistreatment, don’t know how Rick actually has the heart to do and say the things he did. But it got me wondering what your inspiration was to make a mean giant, cause normally in most stories the giant is nice and sweet and comforting to the tiny?

OH HEHEHE, oh I actually dabble in mean giants a lot! The gentle, the mean, the in between, I love exploring them all....

But for Rick specifically I can yap all day but I'll try keeping it short!!! KJSHSJKHS. Rick is obvi the mean giant rn, but more than that I wanted him more apathetic at heart. He's mean because he doesn't WANT to be someones "giant" yknow? He finds no joy in anything w tinies, being nice OR mean to them, he just wants NOTHING to do with them really!!! So, I wanted to explore that, and rn it's very much going into mean and even cruel territory like w the guard, bc he's vry... defensive rn, I'll say that hehe
