Dragon thrusters is a difficult but rewarding exercise when it comes to building those abs. The core stability is tested here. The kung fu 🥋 king Bruce lee made famous this exercise if i remember correctly . Had to squeeze those glutes during the exercise. Looking to take the legs more downwards. After yoga, I hit the gym for some non-impact backside body work and a brief 15 HIIT on the Versa (i love 💗 that thing!). I did step up lunges on a bench, holding a couple 10s, followed by back extensions and leg curls.
