It’s Day 299 of the Great Hill Humidity and Dew Point Differential Scarf 2023. The humidity was 63%, the dew point was 53°, and the differential between the humidity and the dew point was 10 today. I am using the Frosty Green color of Red Heart Super Saver yarn. I am working my stitches in the “garter stitch” pattern to indicate the differential between the humidity and the dew point was 10 at 9am. It was a picture perfect day in Wessagusset with sunshine and warm temperatures, and no jacket required today to keep a chill away. I did some picking up today in anticipation of getting our flu shots and COVID booster tomorrow. That should make it an easier day. Be safe out there.

Im starting to hate work. You’re long gone but your ghost still lingers around of times when things were good. When I would go out on my break and you’d be there waiting. When I would leave abruptly or call out to come see you. When you would keep me company and talk on the phone with me all night or let me stay on facetime to watch you sleep. When you would leave me lunches in the breakroom fridge or sweet notes and snacks in my locker. When wednesday was my favorite day because it was the only day I’d see you until you switched your schedule. When we would just walk by each other and smile. When we would have meetings and I’d be happy just to sit next to you for 2 hours. Wherever I look is somewhere you once stood and now there’s nothing but a memory of something that once was and it still hurts so fucking much. Falling for a coworker is something I won’t ever do again..I can’t afford to ever feel this again and what sucks is you won’t ever read this or know...because you’re gone and happy with someone else. I’ve lost women in my life before, but never a soulmate...shit hits different 😔
