skipping/jump roping
guyssssss, omg i had to share this with you all but yesterday i was planning to go on a run but i've been getting bored of that so i was trying to find something new to do. anyways i ended up jump roping! at first i was like "okay how lame does someone have to be to jump rope?" but let me tell you, that was one of the best and most fun workouts i've had in a long time. i burned more calories, got more steps, and more exercise minutes in with jump roping than i ever have running. its also something you can do for a longer period of time and you can do it however you like! try it out, you won't regret it. even just 10 minutes burns a ton :)

Can I lose weight without diet?
And many experts say you can do that without going on a "diet." Instead, the key is making simple tweaks to your lifestyle. One pound of fat -- is equal to 3,500 calories. By shaving 500 calories a day through dietary and exercise modifications, you can lose about a pound a week.
Current guidelines say 0.5 to 2 lb a week. This is based on a daily calorie deficit of 500 calories. As one pound of fat contains 3,500 calories, an individual should technically lose 1 lb over seven days. However, while a well managed calorie deficit is encouraged, a dramatic one can be very harmful.
You will likely lose weight on any diet if you eat less than 910 calories a day. But losing 10 pounds in 3 days is both unlikely and unhealthy. To lose just 1 pound of body fat, you need to reduce your daily calories by about 500 a day for a whole week.
