another day fulfilling tindera duties. didn't take caffeine as i was thinking to go back take part time shift for jennie but changed my mind, next week na lang forda sake of my sanity. hehe. i deserve decent sleep. so today was very very productive bcs i'm finally satisfied for this day6 story series i've been working on since the first week of the year. im in love with the from the ending of a tragedy chapter so much. finally settled the timeline and the scenes what if i upload it online? hehe. hays. worked on it while watching either showtime funny moments then the rest of my bgm party was taken over by the 1975 live concerts (london o2 freaking thr best) and the maine (after a long time) - the thought of the song "face towards the sun" being played on my funeral came across my mind last night while watching p.s i love you. ayun, i found myself crawling back to the maine songs that became my anchor songs in 2022 sutherland nights. hays. still can't over the fact that i have a healthier mindset now with thr gratitude thing. bcs sa totoo lang talaga, there so so much to be grateful for. whether that's the most mundane thing as breathing clean air or getting the once in a lifetime chance to hear the 1975 play "you" live. (((mental note to write all the lovely grateful things in my life in specific categories)))

Letter With Notes - Young K (Day6)

Setelah beres wamil langsung keluarin full album solo, siapa ? Young K lah wkwkw, ini orang agak-agak banget dah kalo soal lagu. Secara waktu wamil aja tetep keluar tuh lagu yang ditulis sama dia. Oke udah lama ga nulis atau review lagu di album yang rilis, kali ini mau bahas albumnya Young K "Letter with Notes" yang rilis 4 September 2023 kemaren. Disini gue bakal urut dari lagu yang gue suka ya (no offense) semuanya bagus kok, tapi kan selera kuping orang beda-beda.

Oke mulai dari yang pertama, dari yang sebelum rilis pernah dibawain di acara fetival, terus sama akun day6kilogram diupload dah tuh fancam Young K latihan......

Yep, ini lagu dari awal dinyanyiin dan gue liat dari fancam udah klik langsung dikuping. Entah ya, yang pertama bikin kuping gue tertarik tuh bukan liriknya kayaknya, tapi emang musiknya enak asli enak banget wuaaaa mau teriak pas tau ini lagu masuk track albumnya...

Part yang gue suka dari ini lagu ? bagian chorus gatau dengernya kayak part lagu jadul gitu ga sih ? engga ? iya ? wkwkw berasa denger lagu era 80-an...

Roller coaster banget ya ni album mulai dari rame sampe kalem ada. Nomor 3 gue suka what is.. (titiknya sengaja dua kalo kata Young K) wkwkw. Gue suka sama ni lagu perkara LIRIKNYA CAKEP BANGET....kayak pas banget gitu loh musik, lirik, suara Young K. Gue ga paham lagi dia kenapa bisa gas pol kalo nulis lirik, simpel tapi nancep...

Sebenernya lagu ini gue suka keseluruhan, tapi lirik favorite gue ada di part ini

Tittle song!! sebenernya butuh denger beberapa kali buat nyangkut sama ni lagu, tapi setelah di denger beberapa kali ditambah sama makna lirik yang ditulis sesuai penjelasan Yonk, gue suka sama ni lagu. ini tuh kayak nyambung sama lagu Yonk yang guard you, pantes kalimat pembukanya “I’ll hold you until the end”.

Ini lagu full bahasa inggris, gue suka sama musiknya ga masalah, cuma gatau kenapa ga terlalu masuk aja di gue lagunya wkwkwk. Tapi enak kok, bukan karena gue suka Yonk tapi emang enak ada variasinya di lagu ini. Kayaknya dimusiknya dominan bass ga sih ?? ah gue kangen banget Yonk as Bassist!!!!!
