I have been MIA for the past God knows how long. Life has been a crazy hectic and I'd be lying if I said I'm back to normalcy cause it won't be😂 Why? Well....
I'm getting married...
I'm graduating
Andd I'm starting a job and moving to a new country
all in the span of 3 months 😂
And no, I promise I'm not kidding. This year has been an amazing, generous one so far and I'm so grateful to be starting all these new chapters in my life.
I'm glad I have a little bit of a break until the craziness starts again so until then, I'll enjoy these few weeks of calm to myself 😁
I do however reeeeeallly miss Detective Conan. Most of all, I wish writing on this platform and sharing news and opinions with all of you. I'm sorry for not answering the questions in my Inbox, I will do better and answer them as soon as I can. I don't even remember what was the last chapter I read from the Manga, nor the last episode I watched 😂 I do know for sure that I been slacking.
I do know the latest movie has been out and I really hope I can watch it soon, even more so I hope I'm not disappointed by the plot 😅
Seeing this alone is giving me chillss... If you have watched it or heard about reviews in Japan, just rate it out of 10 and please no spoilers!! For once I actually want to be surprised and not ask for spoilers 😂
So there's my mini life update. I'll get back on the Detective Conan wagon soon and will share my thoughts and answer questions too!
I love how Shinichi made sure to apologize to Sato for shouting at her…
You can actually see him (shyly) look away for a brief second when she checked up on him, probably because he’d recalled when he lost his cool
It’s subtle but I love how you can tell how much they both RESPECT each other. Sato has consistently trusted Conan and even divulged confidential information to him, so her apology feels like an extended promise (and reminder to her self) to always believe him. Shinichi was obviously ashamed of his actions, but his apology also felt like a show of appreciation for Sato’s care towards him.
Can we just talk about the fact that Akai, who’s officially dead and also operating in Japan illegally, was somehow able to obtain a whole ass helicopter?
I want this blog to be a positive oasis for my sweet Vermouth. But I’ll need to say this.
DO NOT GO SEE MOVIE 26.
Gosho Aoyama does not deserve your money or your attention. He does anything for money now.
The only reason he keeps implying and hinting there might be something going on between Haibara and Conan is to leech off of your wallet. Don’t play into his hands. Please!
He wants both cp fans of CoAi and ShinRan to pay him to see a fruitless movie that will probably affect nothing in the main storyline.
According to early moviegoers’ reviews. Conan “kisses” (mouth-to-mouth) 3 times with Haibara. Then Haibara kisses Ran.
Yeah, that’s the insanity you’ll be paying him for.
I’ll delete this post after the movie showing is over.
Edit: I planned to delete this post. But a commenter called me Karen to dismiss my opinions so I’ll keep this up. This post will still be valid for the foreseeable future, it seems. In a few years, all I need is update the number and it will probably be valid.
As you can see, I haven’t definitely said it’s a bad movie because I haven’t seen it. But it probably is. Why? My experience with the other 25 movies. Come on, it’s not even his first 10 movies. It’s his 26th. Enough reasons for me.
I’m merely pointing out Gosho’s intentions so you don’t waste your money. If he actually wants to make CoAi a thing, I’m fine with that. But he doesn’t. But he still wants your CoAi’s money. This is my problem with it.
