In the wake of #Zeta we rise to a storm ravaged neighborhood. The sound of chainsaws hum in the distance, birds chirp from the limb of the huge oak tree that has fallen in our neighbor's yard across the street. Thankfully it fell across their driveway missing the house. Our power is out with an estimated repair time of 24 hours, however education must go on. Chromebook thankfully charged and the hotspot of mom's phone will have to do. Today we at Barack H. Obama Elementary Magnet School of Technology continue our rally against drugs and bullying! We are wearing our pajamas because we are "following our dreams!"
