Day 14 of the #mayromance2020 #romancereading challenge and my #blushingboy is.... *drumroll* .... Duke Edward Allen Dihas from I Choose the Emperor Ending! Haha, I really love how innocent he is and how bashful he becomes as the series progresses. He initially was very confused as to why his heart beat for this 'odd Easterner boy', but after finding out Rino's real gender, he becomes more and more bashful as time moves on. Synopsis: Marina, develops a VR device that can bring fictional worlds to life. The day before it's launch, she decides to enter one of her novels, Lasnarok, but finds herself instead as a slave girl. As a modern person who can't stand discomfort, she tries to switch to a the Aristocrat settings but finds she can't change her character nor can she log out. After being captured (thinking that she is an escaped slave), she meets the main character of her novel, Duke Edward Allen Dihas and decides that the fastest path to comfort is by the side of the Duke. She then decides to hide her gender by disguising herself as a boy called Rino, a Technician from the East and attempts to sway the Duke to her favour. Having writen the novel of Lasnarok, she knows that if she leaves the Duke alone, his enemies will come and destroy his castle and his people. With this in mind, she tries to strike a deal with the Duke, proposing to make him more powerful than the Emperor. Unfortunately, her plan doesn't go so well initially, but it works out in the end. The Duke then decides to utilise Rino's skillset of modern technology to help enhance his castle, however Rino knows that she needs to do what she can to protect the Duke and his people, because she wrote into her book at the Emperor will end up killing all of the people in Castle Dihas. Day 12 and we have #blushinggirl Luo Shaoqi from the series Romantic Cure for Gynophobia So, this series is actually a bit... hm, a series of misunderstandings? 😂 While out on a date, Xie Yichen tries to turn down a girl he is with because he has severe gynophobia and as a way to make the girl give him, he grabs the nearby waiter, Luo Shaoqi and kisses her/him (not realising that Luo Shaoqi is actually a girl dressing as a guy). Infuriated, Luo Shaoqi throws the tray at Xie Yichen but is later berated by her manager and told to apologise. Luo Shaoqi goes to Xie Yichen and finds out that he's actually a highly influential director, however when at the building, she runs into the same girl that Yichen dumped. Xie Yichen comes across Luo Shaoqi and sees it as an opportunity, inviting her out for dinner and offering her a proposal - pretend to be my boyfriend. Day 11 of #mayromance2020 #romancereading and we have #Priscilla as our #blushinggirl from @tappy_toon 's Priscilla's Marriage Proposal This one required me scrolling through to find more scenes of Priscilla blushing as she is a very straightforward and determined girl who normally keeps a cool composure, but when it comes to Kian, she loses that cool-headedness and her feelings bubble to the surface. This is a relatively new series that launched on #TappyToon a few weeks ago, but the story is progressing fast. After losing her family name and estate, she swallows a mana stone called the Dragon Heart, and with it's power, she manages to rewind time to 15 years in the past, before everything went astray.
