All kinds of stuff shared today. A bit of weird things like placenta and dinaguan. We ate Sushi bay to feed your cravings. For Friday’s movie we watched Zoey 102 and Swallow. An intermission with us wrestling. I’m glad to see you smile. It’s worth watching every time. Both are on different ends of the spectrum when it comes to the movies. With drinks of seltzers, frozen cokes and water, nothing better this.

Have you tried Tiyula Itum?

It is a delicious black soup beloved by Tausug and Muslim chefs from Southern Mindanao to Sulu. It is made with charred coconut meat, beef, and local spices like sili and lemongrass. Tiyula Itum means "black soup", and it is similar to the northern Tinola. The difference is that it has a sweet and savory grilled coconut flavor!

I did something great today (A good deed of course). I helped my dad with today's cooking. We cooked Tinumis, a kind of Dinaguan from Nueva Ecija. Nueva Ecija is my dad's hometown.~Queennie
