Healthy hearty chicken noodle soup - I had a leftover chicken, lots of veggies for the LOs school lunch and so this is perfect. I made chicken broth boiling the whole chicken, added broccoli, carrots, tomato, mushrooms, corn, napa cabbage, and pasta noodle. Most of the ingredients are what's in my fridge. Bought some live shrimp for dinner tonight and took the opportunity to give a science/biology lesson about shrimp for the LOs.
