#dirk isnt even really my favourite character from hs (that award goes to hal which you COULD argue is dirk-adjacent#but this bastard has a way of injecting himself into peoples brains#like going in circles around him and analysing him is SO FUN#hes just interesting as shit#jake is just me. literally. i heavily relate to him#hes so silly and whimsical and also a huge asshole who pretends to be innocent and not understand things#to avoid being held into higher standards#i especially relate to his avoidant personality. i struggle a lot with that as well#god these two. the characters of all time
