“Dismayed in America” --- The United States has been facing important equality moments for hundreds of years, and has never figured out how to make it right. I want to believe this will finally kick off the real change we desperately need. I’m not part of a marginalized group. I won’t ever be able to understand how that feels, or the danger that comes with it. But I will support you however I can. My job is to be a visual communicator, so I tried making something that expresses what this country is going through, what we’re feeling. None of this will stop without a fight. We can’t wish it away, and we can’t just hope people will start treating each other better. History has shown us that, over and over. It takes action and engagement, not turning a blind eye. Donate. Vote. Listen. Protest if you can. Be willing to change your mind. This was Made in America.
