ngl. the fact i don't really care about going on social media anymore is one of the best thing that ever happened to me
#logged out of twitter mobile for almost two months and i think it's just gonna stay that way#i check if i got any dms and i scroll twitter on desktop for 2 minutes before i get bored#i log on tumblr ; scroll through 10 posts ; queue 5 posts ; and i'm out#do i feel the existential dread and have to sit with it even more and actually think about it ? yeah#do i at least not (pointlessly) fill it with even more brain damage anymore ? yeah#and its not so bad#even if it's not like my mental health is THAT much better#bc i still get the crippling loneliness and no sense of intimacy or deep emotional bond with anyone and it makes me want to cry bc oh well#er.txt
