#do you ever get a photosensitive headache and just suddenly understand that guy who shocked himself like 200 times#in that study where they locked people in a room with nothing to do but shock themselves for like 20 minutes#like does looking at a screen or a book feel like stabbing an ice pick through my eye socket? yes#am i doing it anyway? apparently#I’m so BORED and my head HURTS and I want to be distracted from that#but all my distractions make it worse#hell.#maybe I should just try to sleep it off but it’s 9.15 pm#and I’ve been going to sleep past midnight for like a week so. very limited hopes here.#fun fact these tags took me almost fifteen minutes to type bc I can’t look at the screen for longer than a few seconds#before my eyes start watering#.txt
