Have you heard what happened to Stephen Hillenburg?

Yes I have, anon.  The world can be a cruel place. 

I’m aware that, earlier this year, he has been diagnose with ALS. In other words, he has a disease that will slowly be the cause of his death.   

I’ve been a massive fan of Spongebob Squarepants and this hit me extremely hard, knowing what he will be going through. Heartbreaking, really. I know that he will continue on working on the show for as long as he can, which makes me even sadder knowing what might happen to his show. 

Being a Spongebob cosplayer (Doddlebob and Caveman Spongebob with more on the way), i’ve had the honor and privilege of both Nickelodeon network and Stephen himself liked and acknowledged my cosplays of the characters.   

Those cosplays now have an even higher importance and deeper significance to me.  I want him to make it to at least the 3rd Spongebob movie.
