Much to his credit, even after an hour of suffering through Majima’s favourite torture methods, Nishida wouldn’t let on that he had even the faintest guess as to whom might have delivered the chocolates. Sweat was still pulsing bullets down his face when Majima finally pulled away long enough to open the beautifully wrapped gift.

“Nishida, look at this! Look at this!!” Though he cringed away, Nishida forced himself to do as instructed. “Pricey as hell, these are! These ain’t no run-of-the-mill chocolates, these is proper.” Somehow the Mad Dog still sounded angry - something which changed the moment one of the melt-in-the-mouth truffles passed his lips.

“Ahhhh~” Stumbling hurriedly round the desk, he flopped back in his chair, feet thrown up on the tabletop and box clutched jealously to his chest. “Mmm...” He would never guess who they were from in a million years, but he was definitely able to appreciate them. If only he knew...

“Mmhh- OI! What’re you still gawkin’ at!? Get the hell out!!”
