I don't know if you remember the lady I told you about but, I'm thinking about the organizations's structure and such, and I imagine the agents are prepared by sectors/departments, which of course are lead by their reputation 👀 More exactly, Relationships with the Public, espionage and combat, research, and tech :>

And? I love the relationship between Dolph and Ruby the most because the girls kind of hide their affection for him away but Dolph, the one person in the organization EVERYONE fears to death because of his inkblack past with his inventing of VR interrogation programs various governments used worldwide as it was incredibly twisted and brutal. Only E.A.S.T.'s finest are considered equal after enduring that program and still carry out some sanity.

It's not to torture them mind you!! More so making aquintence with what awaits them once they change sides, sort of preparing them for what's to come in case they get captured. Most of the simulation is lead by Dolph himself which tailors him quite the reputation and the ones strong enough to function after that program just as much! But at the same time--
