Looks like these are my new friends after suffering from a Plantar fasciitis rupture. Mamas! Everybody! Take good care of yourselves and your feet! Don’t do what I did. I ignored my plantar fasciitis and didn’t update my footwear and didn’t go to my DOC until it was too late. I’m hoping I’ve learned my lesson this time as I’m really paying for it by being forced to keep my feet up and on ice for quite some time. I have this bad habit of putting everybody else in my life first. And it’s something I will always have to work on. If this is true for you as well, please take my bad example and use it for your good. ❤️ Especially as a mom I find myself putting everyone else first and then if I have time (which you know you have to create because that’s not how time works😉) I will take care of myself. Don’t push through the pain. Pain is there for a reason. Figure out what’s going on. And get it taken care of. So I downloaded this app to keep track of my weight and I keep taking note of what I eat everyday and I showed it to my sister and she judged me so hard lol even if you don't understand what's on the list you just need to look at the hours, and yes I don't really get hungry but you people still should eat well, this is unhealthy and I end the day really tired, like with literally 0 energy left #unhealthylife #dontfollowmyexample
