Mikara

Mikara is an Ihidauri (Pridak's species in the Red Star games canon) and she's one of my characters in Doronai Nui, the Bionicle p&p by Red Star.

She is prideful, arrogant and has a little bit of a screwed up moral compass, believing that you are allowed to do almost anything as long as you are just good enough at it. She also has the tendencies to lie and tell tall tales that up-play her own importance. To anyone not very familiar with her corner of the great spirit robot, she might introduce herself as a former advisor to Barraki Pridak himself or talk about how she stood with the Toa Cordak against the Zyglak. While most of her stories aren't exactly true, she is still a very skilled swordsman and manipulator willing to join any adventure that will get her some glory.

I've been screwing around on ShindanMaker for the past week or so, and decided to make a Bionicle themed diagnosis!

The generator does contain content from @redstarforge's Doronai Nui, which I am more than willing to remove if requested, but otherwise sticks mostly to canon with a single (edgy as fuck) mask of my own creation, as well as most of the tools/weapons being custom. I do intend to go back and maybe clear up the formatting a bit (especially on the weapons), but I'm otherwise satisfied with the initial release!

So Bionicle fandom how do yall feel about the term Oropi? For context, Oropi is a term coined to the RSG tabletop RPG “Doronai Nui” as a catch all to sapient non-Rahi MU species (so stuff like Matoran/Toa/Turaga, Vortixx, Skakdi etc etc).

I personally like the term. It’s useful and good way to refer to non-Rahi MU:ians in a way thats simple and not requiring too many words. I don’t know how rest of the fandom feels about it though so I’m putting this here

Elemental Rework Proposal

We have a very exciting announcement to make! The development team has been unhappy with some of the limitations of the Elemental system for some time now, and are currently considering a massive overhaul to its functions and how it engages with other mechanics such as Crafting and Archetypes. While we are testing this internally, we feel that it's important that our players are made aware of this possible change before it's officially adopted to give them time to adjust, provide feedback, and experiment with the new possibilities being presented to them. Please let us know what you think! Please note that the proposal strengthens the ties between the Elemental Index and Crafting Guide, which may require newer players to familiarize themselves with some lesser-known features of the game. Our staff is more than happy to help walk people through the proposal and answer questions on our Discord Server.
