Dottaw - The Diver Pokémon

Water Type

Despite Dottaw being a rather common Pokémon in the Intoh region, it's pretty rare to see one. This Pokémon mostly hides underwater and only shows itself to humans it deems worthy. It likes diving for treasures in small ponds or rivers. Since it's rather small, it increases its strength by surrounding its claws and tails with water. It can easily control this water, so it can become powerful enough to slice even rocks.

Aggrottru - The Aggregate Pokémon

Water/Ice Type

The evolved form of Dottaw. This Pokémon is the master of the aggregate states of matter. It can turn water into ice or steam and vice versa. That way, it can easily adapt to every situation. It uses those powers to save people from drowning or freezing. It surrounds its entire body with different states of water to become a master of survival and increase strength, defense and stealth. Having a Aggrotru trust you is a true life-saver.
