Support and suggestions needed!!!!

I plan on fighting tooth hand nail against the unwritten rule of my organization. This morning I checked the whole flash drive and there is absolutely no written rule about second semester seniors not being ale to take on littles. There are absolutely no written policies within my chapters by-laws. To my knowledge, there are only spoken traditions about bigs being in good standing, which means financially and academics, and that second semester seniors are not allowed. On top of that, I have examples that will help fight my case, such as sister who go inactive or travel due to study abroad or internships the following semesters are allowed. My personal experience with my big was she was never around when I new membering and the following semester she was even more seldom seen. Also, if I’m not mistaken, the alpha class second semester seniors were allowed to continue their family lines in order for families to continue growing and I honestly believe this situation falls under the same circumstances. Without this fight, my family line will not exist, so I choose believe I will have some of the chapters support. I have done enough over the past two years to be able to get what I want and need from this organization. My family line will die without my passion to fix this problem! I have to do anything and everything to keep my legacy alive. Our chapter is only three years old this December. Shouldn’t the rules be more flexible in the beginning? The only thing is I don’t know where to start, what to say, how to say it or who to address…. So this is what I’m asking, sisters of tumblr, I need help to motion second semester seniors to be allowed to take on littles. If anyone has any suggestions, I’d love to hear it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please.
