I was the one who asked for the criminal minds hc but the one person I was interested in hearing a hc for was Spencer Reid. I totally understand if it would be difficult to do because you’re not into the fandom anymore.

Oh I can totally do some hc's for Dr. Ticklish Beyond Reason Spencer Reid.

Spencer is obviously canonically ticklish on his torso (PRENTISS POKED HIM AND HE REACTED LIKE THE DORK HE IS, HE'S TICKLISH, DAMNIT). He's suuuuuuper ticklish on his ribs and hips. He's a super genius, and he always attempts to think his way out of being ticklish, but his brain short circuits every time he's tickled. He was rarely tickled as a child. He was extremely bullied in school, he roomed alone during college, and he never gave tickling a second thought when he entered adulthood.

Until he met Derek Morgan.

It was their second case, and it had gone pretty great, so the team was very happy and relaxed on the plane ride back to Virginia. JJ, Derek, and Emily were playfully poking and prodding one another. Emily and Derek ganged up on JJ, causing Spencer to blush furiously as he watched his new teammates tickle each other. Derek noticed, asked why he was blushing, to which Spencer just spluttered facts about torture. Not even being able to say the word tickling, though. Derek smirked, asking Spencer if he was ticklish. At Spencer's crazy red face, Derek then proceeded to use every variation of the word 'tickle.' Gideon then helpfully added that Spencer was indeed very ticklish, especially on his ribs. Spencer turned wide and betrayed eyes on Gideon, but could do nothing more as Derek decided to test that declaration.

Gideon had been spot on. Spencer was tickled nonstop for the rest of the flight. Hotch hadn't intervened at all, despite Spencer's pleads. Hotch had actually stated that this was a type of hazing he'd allow.

Spencer isn't a ler, but he playfully goose his teammates sides when he knows he can get away with it. Being the youngest on the team, and seriously just freaking adorable, Spencer is prone to being on the receiving end of many tickle attacks. Derek and Penelope being his two biggest attackers.

He'll never admit it (unless he's forced to), but Spencer actually loves being tickled. He's always so carefully put together, and he's used to having to fight for everything in his life. It's nice to lose control every so often.

Anyways, for the ask thing. Is show x movie done yet? I would LOVE to hear about it cuz I think it's a concept that should be explored more. Also because I like reading things like that. • S!Kai and M!Kai get along pretty well!! s!kai sometimes finds his counterpart pretty childish, but he cant judge him. he was like that once, too. and m!kai thinks s!kai is really awesome!! maybe he needs to lighten up a bit, but 100% a good role model/mentor!! co-cereators of the 'multi-versal Lloyd protection squad'. s!kai is ENAMORED by the fact that m!kai and his sister are twins. they are also. Very Competitive sugauwguaf. like i said, mentor/student dynamic with em :)

• S!Cole and M!Cole are also pretty alright with each other!!! they're both introverts so. they (affectionately) talk shit abt their teammates w one another. m!cole gets his counterpart into music, and s!cole does the viceversa with dancing!! also I like to think m!cole hasn't really processed his moms death yet so s!cole really teaches him to Stop Shoving His Grief aside and allow himself to mourn. less mentor/student and more father/son or older/younger brother for these two

• OKAY. MAYBE A CONTROVERSIAL TAKE. s!jay and m!jay do NOT get a long. or they get along the worst, at least. s!jay doesn't really like how his counterpart is all 'uwu softboy who loves nya and is too nervous to speak and also does Not know how to invent'. he even doubts that mf grew up in a junkyard. and the feeling is (kinda) reciprocated!! m!jay is pretty scared (and envious) of s!jay. 'he's with nya. he's so much more confident than me. he's amazing at building and inventing. i wish i could be more like Him'. they'd actually be pretty good friends if they just looked past one anothers flaws tho (very much reluctant mother goose being followed by a clingy gosling dynamic for them.)

• MMMM s!zane and m!zane are Complicated. on shows side, he doesn't really like how his counterpart makes his Nindroid-ness out to be... almost a joke?? idk. s!zane's kind of. Afraid of becoming like his counterpart, but at the same time he wants to help him realize that he's More than just a robot. he has a family, man. and a Soul. although, movie is actually pretty opposite!! i like to think m!zane was NOT created to protect those who cannot protect themselves, but to be an Actual son/experiment for Dr. Julien. he doesn't know why his counterpart is so stressed and serious all the time!! theyre Wild Teens!!! live a little!!!! (also very hard to name dynamic?? bit of mentor/mentee AND reluctant siblings mixed in there frfr)

• SLAMS FIST ON TABLE. S!NYA AND M!NYA ARE THE BWORSTIES (best friends/worsties.) they are seeing who has better control over water. they are comparing and helping each other through their trauma. they are fighting over who has the cooler brother. they vent to each other about how hard it is being the only Girl on the team. they're training with each other with Violent hand to hand combat. they are hugging and talking about how hard lifes been w/o ray and maya. they are insulting eachother. m!Nya is taking s!nya on a 2 am bike ride while s!nya is teaching m!nya how to ask jay out. dynamic is ABSOLUTE BESTIES WHO ALSO BITE EACH OTHER IF THEY GET TOO CLOSE <3<3

• and, of course, ops favorite(s); s!Lloyd and m!Lloyd!! getting their dynamic right out of the way by saying they aren't brothers- their Twins. absolute, familial TWINS. they are each others therapists who constantly tell one another that they work too hard. the both probably think their counterpart is cooler than them. idk when this takes place in time, but if its before tlnm, m!lloyd is AMAZED at how well s!lloyd takes the mass-bullying (shows unfortunately used to it from darkleys :[) but, if it's AFTER tlnm, the entire city goes WILD 'omg they're MULTIPLYING YESSS' also, they let themselves act like kids when around one another. they both had to grow up too fast for different reasons, but the fact that they can talk to someone who Actually Gets It helps a lot :) they also compare trauma loll

- Tattoos were always something of a comfort for you. You loved being able to get more, slowly covering your whole body in them. You knew in societies eyes they were looked down upon, seen as something only delinquents would get but they meant so much to you. Each tattoo had their own story, their own personal meaning to you and at the end of the day it was your own body, you could do whatever the hell you wanted to do with it and dam the rest

- Still you found for the sake of convenience you had to hide your tattoos. Not that it was hard, the latest fashion with long sleeves and high collars ment that no one would be the wiser to what you had on you, still it annoyed you how you had to keep it hidden

- Recently you had found yourself working with Dr Kreizler on the murder cases. He had found your input and theories of the case useful and and so when a few body was discovered he would request your assistance in determining what happened

- That's what lead you and Laszlo to be standing beside the body. It had been torn open, mutilated and unfortunately one of you had to search through the body encase some evidence had been left by the killer

- Usually the Issacsons would of done such things but they were currently indisposed and with Laszlo's arm he would not be able to search through enough which just left one option

- You sigh, rolling up your sleeves so you wouldn't get blood on them and started to look through to see if you could see anything. Though Laszlo was suppose to be focusing on the task at hand, helping you to see if you could find any evidence instead his eyes focused on the designs on your arms.

- He was fascinated with them, it wasn't as if he hadn't seen tattoos before, but never would of expected you to have any, and the designs on you were beautiful. He could only see a handful from where you sleeves had been rolled up and his curiosity made him want to see them fully

- Once you had finished your task you turned around to find Laszlo offering you a wet towel, to help clear up the blood. You hold you arms out nerviously as he gently washes it down. His eyes graze over all your tattoos, thankful to be able to get a closer look at them and marvel at their beauty

- 'These tattoos, what's the meaning behind them' he asked finally looking up from your arms to your face. Embarrassingly you explain, thinking your reasoning behind them was silly but instead he was fascinated. As you spoke he traced his fingers along the designs, almost imaging engraving them in you himself

- He finally asks if you had any more on you and turns bright red when you mention other places you had tattoos. He never asked you to show them to him though he would of liked to have seen them, he understood boundaries

- But over time as you two grew closer slowly you would start showing off more of the tattoos

- Each time he would be starstruck by how beautiful they were, he would trace them with his finger, fascinated, he would ask you lots of questions, what is the meaning, why this type of tattoo, why here, what was it like getting the tattoo

- The day you let him see the ones on your neck was a special day for you two, he traced the tattoo on your neck, his fingers making goose bumps rise on your skin at the intimacy of it all. Finally his eyes moved away from your tattoos looking up at you. A red tinge came to his cheeks as he realised how close he was to you and went to move away but your arm caught him, preventing him. Slowly his eyes flickered from your eyes down to your lips as he leaned in, and that was the day you became his and he became yours

- With this new found partnership you would often wake up in the mornings to find Laszlo looking at the tattoos on your body, his hand pressed warmly against them. He was places kisses on some of his favourite ones, no matter where they were at. He accompanied you to the tattoo shop as well, helping you pick out new ideas, offering some of his own ideas for potential tattoos. You'd joke because of how fascinated he was with them he should get his own tattoos and he'd always laugh it off however...

Okay. okay. okay. I’ve been thinking about this for MONTHS now and while I am absolutely certain I’m not the first person to say it I. I still gotta. So. Everyone talks about how like, Crowley is obviously not supposed to love Aziraphale because he’s an angel and Zira is not supposed to love Crowley because he’s a demon, and occasionally you’ll see people saying how Crowley’s not supposed to love anything except like. chaos. trouble. [insert untitled goose here]. but. but. it’s deeper than that okay. Neither of them are supposed to love anyone. They’re both supposed to be isolated that’s like. half the point of labelling them Troublemakers and putting them on Earth permanently (although YMMV on why they were placed on Earth in the first place - it seems more likely to have been Troublemaker-inspired for Az and just like. you’ve-talked-to-humans-before-you-go-do-it for Crowley originally but in any case). But [whatever you choose to address me as], Aziraphale’s an angel! you may cry. He’s supposed to love everything and everyone! to which I would say, exactly. thankyou for proving my point. He’s supposed to love EVERYTHING. EVERYONE. indiscriminately! And, crucially, from a high aloof point of ‘oh God’s creations what cute little buttons’ like it was a human gently fishing a vinegar fly out of their wine glass. He’s not! supposed! to form! connections! And, for the most part, he actually doesn’t - I would argue he does a hell of a lot better at that, in fact, than Crowley does, especially in book!verse, although we don’t have much canonical evidence for Crowley forming connections either that’s just my personal hc. Because of course, Crowley isn’t supposed to either - he’s supposed to be regarding people as objects, as things he can move around and tarnish and eventually send down below in the Great Quest for Souls. And you don’t have a relationship with a watch (no matter how many time zones it shows you) any more than you do an insect. And I don’t think either Heaven or Hell, in telling them how to behave and regard people, really accounted for the fact that their counterpart wasn’t a human (I know they’re The Enemy, but that doesn’t actually tell you anything about your expected attitude towards them). So they’re on Earth, and there’s this person, who’s not quite the same as them but not quite a human, and I reckon in the absence of instructions they both really flounder in how they’re supposed to think of them - Aziraphale tries the vinegar fly model for a while, Crowley can’t quite manage the object model (because he used to be an angel - Zira was never a demon, so he can regard Crowley as Other in a way that just doesn’t work when you’ve been there) and resorts to, as he says, his very own little model of The Enemy which places him on a roughly equal status vis-a-vis personhood but still Opposed. But as they spend more time together, both of those models stop working for them, and that! it freaks them out! because, as my original thesis stated, they’re not supposed to form connections. Crowley’s not supposed to love anyone, Aziraphale’s supposed to love everyone, and having a special regard for someone threatens both of those models immeasurably. And of course, once there’s one break in the model, it starts to crumble; if Crowley loves Aziraphale and Aziraphale specifically loves Crowley, then something is flawed in those models, and maybe humans are more than vinegar flies or watches, and maybe occult/ethereal interests needn’t be placed above them, and maybe Heaven/Hell really fucked up somewhere along the way.

TL;DR: Neither Crowley nor Aziraphale are supposed to form connections because Crowley’s not supposed to love anyone and Aziraphale’s supposed to love everyone indiscriminately; the fact that they form a connection with each other brings those attitudes crashing down and leads to them viewing humans as real people.

All over my dash. And I need to let out how I feel and why everyone should calm. Down.

So s7 of Voltron Legendary Defenders came out about, a week or two ago with a promise of LGBT Rep. And if you’ve been on Tumblr or the VLD tags long enough, you know how most people reacted.

But the people who are fresh out of the womb to this situation, I’ll explain. Like I’ve stated before VLD had promised LGBT rep in s7 and introduced the character Adam, Shiro’s boyfriend. They also included a scene with them together but not the “having a romantic time” together. It was basically a break up scene.

I understand why you’re mad.

You wanted rep but you didn’t get exactly what you’d thought would happen. The scene of when Adam was telling Shiro why he shouldn’t go just seems like a regular convo between two bros looking out for each other. I understand why you maybe dissatisfied. I understand that killing off Adam was upsetting. I honestly wished he was still alive.

But is it really worth going apeshit over it?

Like come on people we’re better than that! More mature! Is it worth insulting the whole team, who worked hard on making VLD happen???? Like for the millionth time I get why you’re upset but it’s not the end of the world!

I see and understand why people are upset, but that doesn’t mean you should attack the creators. They work hard to make this show, and they have to deal with shit just to get a season out. Harassment, people threatening to post leaks and having the show CANCELLED just to have their ship or HC canon, so many goddamn violent threats being thrown at the crew to the point where Bex Taylor (I probably spelt her name wrong) does not feel safe at all going to Cons BECAUSE of the s7 backlash.

You got to keep in mind that this TV show is about teens who got shot into fucking space by a space cat because they were chosen to protect the world. The reason why it was so short and brief is because they didn’t want to get too sidetracked from the story. And either way they probably couldn’t win. It was either get hate and threats from homophobes complaining or the LGBT. I honestly do think they could’ve done a little better with the scene, and I wish they didn’t kill him, but things were limited. Just except our gay Shiro dad because he does not need a boyfriend to prove he’s gay. Hell we might learn more about Adam in season 8 so get off your high horses, do something else and wait.

Oh, if you suddenly hate Voltron because of one little thing then leave. Just leave the creators out of it because you’re just adding wood to this forest fire and it ain’t doin shit.

TL;DR

You can be upset but don’t be a jackass to the crew. Maybe give your thoughts in a calm manner instead of a ballistic Goose on drugs.

s7 obviously had its flaws but s8 will be better. All we have to do is wait and be patient

But if you can’t do that, you might aswell leave.

I was thinking about my hc that Dr. Waddlemeyer and Gosalyn's mom were geese, and Gos is half goose. And then I was thinking about my hc that there's some negative stereotypes about geese that they can be really aggressive, exclusively bc of a line I put in a fic.

“Well. Isn’t that fortunate for you.” She tapped a bit more ash free before taking a draw, never once taking her eyes from the duckling. “Children your age are rarely so lucky. It’s good to know my dearest took pity on you, poor thing. I understand young geese are particularly hard to adopt out as well. Something about aggression issues.”

And now I'm really sad bc Gos is smol and a very high energy kid. And she internalizes this type of stuff.
