Insubordination is the act of willfully disobeying a lawful order of one's superior. It is generally a punishable offense in hierarchical organizations such as the armed forces, which depend on people lower in the chain of command obeying orde

Whoever, being a public servant, knowingly disobeys any direction of the law as to the way in which he is to conduct himself as such public servant, intending to cause, or knowing it to be likely that he will, by such disobedience, cause injury to any person, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.

The offence of “Public servant disobeying direction under law” is defined in Section 166A of the Indian Penal Code. According to the provision, if a public servant disobeys any direction of the law with the intention of causing injury to any person, or with the knowledge that injury will likely result from his or her disobedience, he or she may be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend up to two years, or with a fine, or with both.

For this offence to be established, the following elements must be present:

The accused must be a public servant

The accused must have disobeyed a direction of the law

The disobedience must have been intentional

The intent must have been to cause injury to any person, or the accused must have had knowledge that injury would likely result from the disobedience

It’s important to note that the offence is committed when a public servant deliberately disobeys a direction of the law with the intention to cause harm to someone, or with knowledge that harm will likely result from their disobedience.

Açıklamada, 1 Aralık günü saat 12.25'te yedi sayfalık tarihsiz bir başvurunun alındığı açıklandı. “Belge, Yüksek Mahkeme'ye meydana getirilen başvurularda kullanılan türde, sarı bir deftere ciltlenmiş, daktilo edilmiş bir müracaat, cetvel halinde tablolar ve fotokopilerden oluşuyor; toplam 84 sayfa; belgeyi hazırlayan avukatın kimlik ve yazışma detayları belgede yer almıyor. Zarfa gore belge Intazar Hussian Panjutha (Adv) tarafınca kuryeyle gönderilmiş. Ek olarak, belgenin adına göndermiş olduğu görünen siyasal partinin avukatları tarafınca iyi temsil edilmesi durumunda da şüphelerin ortaya çıkmış olduğu açıklandı. "Daha kısa sürede avukatları Yüksek Mahkeme'de askeri mahkemeler ve seçimlerle ilgili iki mühim davayı yürüttüler." Şaşırtıcı bir halde mektupta, belgenin (mühürlü bir zarf içinde) teslim alınmasından ilkin esasen medyaya dağıtıldığı belirtiliyordu. Perşembe günü, partinin başkanlığına Avukat Gohar Khan'ın getirilmiş olduğu İmran Khan, baş yargıcın federal ve eyalet hükümetlerinin yanı sıra Pakistan Seçim Komisyonu'na (ECP) öteki tüm kurumlar benzer biçimde PTI'ya izin vermesi yönünde yönerge vermesi çağrısında bulunmuştu. siyasal partilerin "ayrımcılık" yapmaksızın siyasal toplantı ve toplantılar yapmalarını sağlamak. Geçen senenin nisan ayında güvensizlik önergesi yöntemiyle iktidardan uzaklaştırılan görevden alınan başbakan, mektubunda PTI liderlerinin ve aktivistlerinin parmaklıklar ardında tutulmaları için fazlaca sayıda ve ardı ardına ceza davası açılması yöntemiyle hedef alındığını belirtti. Buna ülkenin her yerinde kullanıldığını söylediği “istismar ve baskı taktiği” olarak adlandırdı.“Mahkemeler tarafınca bir yada daha çok davada kefaletle özgür bırakılanlar, birkaç ay önceki vakalarla ilgili olduğu iddia edilen başka bir davada derhal cezalandırılıyor. Çoğu zaman aynı vakayla ilgili olarak PTI ile bağlantılı kişilere karşı birden fazla FIR kayıtlıdır. Kupwara,22 Nov 2022: The PCCF/Director, Department of Social Forestry Shri Roshan Jaggi, IFS conducted extensive tour of plantation sites of Social Forestry Division Kupwara on 22-11-2022. During his Visit he Innagurated the Mega plantation drive which was organised by department of Social Forestry Division Kupwara. He visited various plantation at 79M Magalpora and various panchayat members, interacted with the Village Panchayat Plantation Committees and also planted the trees as part of Mega J&K Plantation Drive.

While inspecting the works in compartment 79/M executed during the year 2021-22 and 2022-23, he appreciated the good survival of plants. He advised the staff to include pith planting, and enhance soil moisture. He underlined the need to plant fodder grasses, trees and fruit bearing plants to meet the need of local villages. He advised the staff to take fire prevention measures in advance so that survival of the plantations is ensured.

During the interaction with VPPCs including Sarpanches, Panches and PRI members, Sh. Jaggi appealed the farmers to take up the agroforestry and farm forestry practices especially in fallow lands to enhance their income. He briefed the gathering about new rules of the Social Forestry Department and patiently listened to the various issues raised during the meeting.

Regional Director Kashmir Shri Mehraj Ud Din Malik IFS , DFO Social Forestry Kupwara Dr Fayaz Ahmad Bhat , DDC Kralpora Adv Masrat farooq along with the Range Officer Kupwara Sajid Qazi ,Range Officer Handwara Aijaz Ah Mir and other staff members accompanied the Director during the visit. At the outset fruit, fodder and Polybag plants were also distributed to the general public.

At the end of drive certificates were distributed to Van Mitras (Forest Volunteers) and some tool kits were also distributed to employees.
