A Girl and An Alien Tried to Bake A Cake - January 3 2023

This concept originates from the 'Adventures of Tip and Oh' Netflix cartoon's 'Wrinkly Humans People' episode. So I painted them making a terrible looking cake and it's funny. Oddly, this was supposed to be a quicker acrylic painting but I ended up embellishing a background and different outfits for these two.

Space Nonsense - March 3, 2024

Haha, I wanted to see a Boov cosplay as a fairy. The aliens won't be able to get any air (they are heavy according to the movie) but they would look even cuter with little wings.

Summers End - September 22, 2023

I like summer, like, a lot! So I guess seeing it end just kinda sucks. However, depicting sunset colors for this just really works for that feeling, so it could be sad and beautiful. Due to the color experimenting, it almost reminds me of the vaporwave art.

I have more summer pics that I still need to finish from July, so I will post those after I finish them.

Though this is still mostly watercolor, there is a fair amount of marker and acrylic added.

Going Up - March 16, 2024

This Boov quickly realized he was in trouble.

Love this idea so I made some sketch style art of it. I was having so much fun applying colors that day and drawing all of the Boov I want. According to the movie, the Boov are too heavy to worry about being carried away like this, but they were able to catch wind on umbrellas in the movie. Feh, what do I know? This is sort of a valentines inspired art that I didn't think about until March.

Spring Fairy - March 7, 2024

I think this Boov is the happiest person anyone could ever meet. So cute!!

Haha, this is really a funny concept! Boov Cosplaying as fairies is just too weird! Cute, but weird; I love it! Drew this while on the weekend that I went to Planet Comicon in Kansas City! That was a really fun event and many thanks to my friend who always invites me to join him. I was excited to see so many cosplays, and yes, I met some really great fairies that sprinkle everyone who wants with glitter. It was pretty magical!

Spring Green - March 4, 2024
