BUT is this the patients Problem or just the Symptom of Subluxation?? Yes discs that hit nerves cause pain, yes the outer 1/3 of the annulus causes pain do to the recurrent meningeal nerve BUT a disc is Like a Water Balloon. If Pressure is placed on the disc incorrectly due to the Vertebrae being mis-alinged(Subluxation) then the Cause of this Patients Symptoms is the Subluxation and the Symptom is the Disc Problem.
