In E.L.A, Mid's doesn't like Lily very much, and she likes to talk to Periwinkle, but the two aren't very close like in canon.

Well, the relationship between these three would be quite different, because in canon Midnight loves Lily and Periwinkle

Idk why I named that. This is an old draft- Legit how Starcross and Lily became friends (in palette never exist au)

This take place where Starcross is 8 and Lily is 10

"Sissy, I heard the king of darkness has a daughter around my age. Can I play with her?" Asked Starcross.

"Uh... Starcross, the little girl is not someone you should get along." Said Lux. "beside, I want you to stay away from those family."

Starcross does not understand why his family forbid him to interact with the darkness Royal family. The servants always talk about them so Starcross is very curious.

One day, Starcross sneaked out from the castle. He is bored playing in the garden so he like to visit the forest.

Just as he entered the forest, he smells animal bloods and even the trace dried blood. He feel no fear so he follow the trace of bloods.

It lead him to a girl with black hair. The one who killed the animal... Seems like she killed a cat.

"... Hi?" Starcross greet her.

Lily turned around, she startled a bit to see someone who is brave enough to walk towards her. It amuse her.

"Oh... Hello." Lily smiles. "Are you not afraid of me? I just killed this unfortunate cat..."

"Oh... Well animal have short life anyway." answered Starcross. "And you are very pretty so why should I be afraid of you?" Starcross smiles at Lily as he hold her hand. "My name is Starcross, how about you?"

"...?" Lily does not understand why would Starcross even hold her hand. "My name is Lily... You are also very pretty, I like your hair. Can I have it?" Asked Lily.

"Oh, why would you want my hair? If anything, I want your hair! Black hair are rare and this is my first time seeing one." Claimed Starcross.

"Rare...?" Lily is quite surprised. "Really... But blonde hair are rare and very shiny..." Said Lily as she touch Starcross hair.

"Oh come on, if you were in my place, you will see too many shiny things. It's blinding my eyes...- your hair colour is a warm sight to see." Starcross smiles at Lily. "you seems to like shiny stuff, how about you be my friend and I will bring you shiny jewels everyday!"

"Hmm... I already have a crystals mine..." Lily is not impressed. "How about you give me your eyes and we can be friends..."

"Awe, you're so silly!" Starcross chuckles. "How about I bring beautiful person to you every week. Doesn't that sounds nice?"

"beautiful person... ... I like it. You are my friend now." Lily let out a smile. "You said your place is full of shiny stuffs right? Can we go play there...?" asked Lily.

"Of course! You're my friend now. Let's go!"

This is most likely unable to happen, but what if Starcross somehow existed in E.L.A?

This feels like the parents likely to hook up with their ex twice... 💀 Okay, let's see...

The story is like

after Dream found out Ink cheated on him. Unlike the original, he was just sad and went to Hope for comfort and tea. But this one, he decided to meet up with Cross.

Cross is stupid for not changing his number, so Dream called for Cross and cried on the phone. So they meet up in park, Cross was awkward with Dream but he brought him a banana bread, Dream's favourite.

They talked, Cross awkwardly comfort Dream but he bad at it. While comforting getting comforted by Cross, Dream accidentally said he still love Cross while he is still weeping like a baby.

Cross is flustered but he hesitated. After a while, he responded to Dream confession and kissed Dream's cheek. He says he is very sorry for his past actions and if Dream want to get back together, he willing to do so and repent his sins.

So they hooked up, Dream divorced Ink, Lux is shocked, Palette is shocked, Dream got the full custody of Palette, Hope is overprotective but as long Dream is happy they are happy too but still hate Cross.

Drop is not a fake princess or under Dream custody cause the divorce and Dream didn't get attached.

So now, Starcross and Palette are the heir... So those two need to prove their worth.

Okay, let's go to the fun facts.

Drop and Starcross will be in the same age obviously.

Dream started to adore Starcross and Lux more than Palette but he still care for Palette and provide all he needs.

Dream and Cross relationship are so wholesome, each party fix their mistake and misunderstanding, Cross repent his mistake.

Lux actually got developed more kindness trait than the original because Cross and Dream attend in her life much more than Passivemare now but she still want to get rid of Palette (and probably now starcross)

Drop and Starcross will be bestie, not knowing their parents relationships.

Starcross doesn't really care for Palette and only Lux since he figured out that Palette is just his half brother.

Starcross will be Lux sidekick instead of Merciless.

Merciless will not have any feelings for Lux in this au since he will never meet her. (And he is probably dead because he is alive thanks to Lux saving him and since Starcross is born, Nightmare is angry so he killed Merciless)

Dream:

"Papa is absolutely the best papa in the world! I love him so much, I am so lucky to be born in such wonderful family."

Cross:

"That suicidal prince? He is the opposite of that priest. Not like I hate him but I don't like him. At least, he's a good brother to that doll unlike that Priest."

"Well, she's a cool older sister but I prefer Sissy more! Her accent had me confused but I am still learning. She has a very unique accent."

Merciless never thought he will survive. He thought he will die at the age of 10... But he didn't.

"Happy birthday love." Lux kissed Merciless cheek. "I got you something, open up!" She said with a smile a she handed him a birthday present.

Merciless had turn 21 years old. He survived thanks to the girl in front of him, Lux.

Lux managed to save Merciless from getting killed by his father. Yet, she was a bit too late... He lost his ability to walk, his vision was not strong but it's enough to see someone if they're closed to him.

It's such a shame... Really..

"Thank you Lux.." Merciless beamed.

He love getting gifts especially from Lux. He unwrap the gift, it's a watch.

"Oh, thank you but I don't really know how to read clock..." Merciless feels disappointed in himself.

He always thought negatively about himself. How he wished he could be more useful and smart. He was about to said something but Lux hushed him.

"Oh come on, it's not a typical watch!" Lux slightly frown but she keep her smiles.

She took the watch and wear it on Merciless wrist.

"I made this watch especially for you." Said Lux with a smile. "Try to click that button."

Merciless is confused what Lux said but he did it anyway. He press the small button and a voice says 'It's 12 o'clock in the afternoon.'

He is surprised. He looks at Lux with a bright eyes.

"Is this..." Merciless try to remember what the computer technology is called.

"An AI watch? Yes!" She smiles. "So, do you like it? Do you want to know what else the watch can do???" She asked, feels happy after seeing Merciless eyes lighten up.

Merciless is happy that he cries. Lux startled, she didn't expected him to cry. She thought he didn't like the gift.

"L-Love, don't cry.. I'll get you something expensive if you like!" Lux wipe Merciless tears from his cheeks by using her fingers.

"N-No... I really like it... I like it a lot... Thank you Lux.." He smiles. "I am so happy because I have someone caring like you..." He slightly giggle.

Lux cheeks was pink red, she is happy too.

"And I'm so lucky to meet you." She smiles. "Do you want anything else for your birthday?" asked Lux. She loves to spoil Merciless.

"Ah... Can I visit my mom and brother..?" he asked. "Oh, and my little sister too... I left when she was still young... I wonder what she up too..." He wondered.

Lux is okay about letting him visit his mother but for his siblings... She doesn't trust them. Lux hates Crescent guts for turn into blind eye the moment Merciless could die.. She doesn't blame Artemis for not helping since she was too young but she doesn't want anything to do with the 'King precious daughter.'

"Okay... We can visit your mother. She is in the old folks home." Said Lux. "I will set the date so she'll know about you visit."

"and my siblings...?" He asked again.

"..." she sighed. "Alright, I'll asked them if they wanna meet up!" Lux keep with her positive manner so Merciless won't question her.

Merciless happily smiles. He hopes this time Lux let him visit his old family.

"Anyway, I'll push your wheelchair." Said Lux. "Starcross and Vivi secretly planned a surprise party for you, but I had to tell you this so you won't have a heart attack." She slightly chuckles.

"Oh!" Merciless is excited for the surprise party.

With that, Lux push his wheelchair and they both heading together to the castle main room where Lux's parents and her siblings planned Merciless surprise party.

We could've depended on eachother for emotional support and maybe help mom deal with the grief too. But where the fuck were you? Praying in church and claiming to be married to God? Going after Palette because you suddenly fell in love? You disgust me!"
