My raspberries are providing a gorgeous (and quite unexpected) second harvest. And since I had all the ingredients already on hand, I made a little Eton Mess for dessert. Unsweetened freshly whipped cream, just-picked berries, and fun meringues (leftover from a different project) combine for a surprisingly light but decadent dessert fit for late august.
