Personality
Trudy is a young girl with sociability and good nature. Her attitude towards people depends on how they treat her: if they show a positive attitude towards her, she is a little stubborn. Even so, Trudy is not so trusting, so she does not immediately open up to the interlocutor. Trudy sometimes experiences moments that can cause irritation. And in such cases, she can flare up, allowing her emotions to come out. However, she tries to control her emotions so as not to show them to other people. But Trudy's weakest side is her worries. Everything that she experiences inside herself, she tries to hide from others.
Fears
🔥Pyrophobia🔥is a phobia consisting in a constant, irrational, obsessive, panic fear of fire, fires; an obsessive fear of burning alive, getting burned, or losing property as a result of a fire. (in one of the missions, she almost burned herself in the room in which she was locked, losing consciousness)
Biography
Trudy's parents live in the Czech Republic for most of their lives, they have successfully established their lives in another country, and we can say they have lived in it for most of their lives, and did not want to return to England. Adele Saidler (Hofmann) has opened her own atelier in Liberec, where they now live. The woman is engaged in custom tailoring, previously she was specialized in sewing military uniforms. Philip Saidler is a former infantryman, retired for health reasons, retired, but he helps his wife in the atelier, delivering sewing materials. He also earns a living on the outskirts of the city, but there is no information about his place of work. Before Trudy, they had a son, Evan Saidler [date of birth unknown, died as a teenager, cause of death unknown]. The couple suffered a hard loss, and were very worried about their daughter, who knows about her late brother.
Trudy's childhood, like that of ordinary children, was no different from them. She also had her own hobbies, which her parents reacted positively to, and supported their daughter in every possible way, most importantly. The girl was actively engaged in dancing from the age of 12, from which she developed flexibility, there were even performances on behalf of the school. She also loved to help her mother in the atelier, more often looked after the counter, and thus engaged in needlework, she could also sew some clothes with jewelry. In addition to dancing, Trudy also had hobbies, which she does not mention.
During her student years, Trudy met a girl who was 1 year younger than her, Linda Kovac (Czech). She was always an inconspicuous gray mouse, but Trudy became friends with her on the first day they met, and spent more and more time together. Thanks to her, Linda began to gain self-confidence and even changed her style in order not to fall into the gray mass and stand out somehow. Saidler never sought to attract attention, preferring to wear comfortable and not too bright clothes, and studied like all ordinary students. She needed Czech to learn, so even at preschool age she learned this language, English is considered the main one.
There have been mistakes in Trudy's life, one of them has undermined people's trust. As a student, a guy was in love with her, and he sought her attention in every possible way. The student's infatuation, yes, did not last long. This guy dated her for a joke, enjoyed her trust. After receiving her education, Trudy left Liberec and went to England. After living there for some time, she went to Credenhill, where the selection for group 141 was held. During the trip, Trudy heard other recruits talking about this group, and who is in it, quite big names sounded from the mouths of the guys, which made her interested. Arriving at their base, Trudy did not expect to see the members of the 141 group live. At the time, Captain McTavish was in charge of the selection, and he took up her training in order to make Saidler an experienced fighter. As a rookie, she was sent for additional training to improve her skills and adapt to work in group 141. During her stay at the base, Trudy met Roach, a young sergeant whom she saw on the day of her arrival. At first, things didn't go very well due to distrust, so we gradually communicated. Jay showed a special interest in Roach as a person and wanted to get to know him better, and thus she awakened trust in him. Roach also showed interest in the girl and communicated with her even from a distance. Trudy was very afraid of attachment to people, and hid her sympathy until the last moment, Roach had the same feelings for her. They gradually showed warm feelings for each other.
Participation
Jay began his service under the command of Captain McTavish, took his first part in the Hunting mission, where the goal was to catch Alejandro Rojas, worked in a group with Roach. In the future, she participated in assaults at certain points, provided cover, engaged in inconspicuous liquidation

The history of the creation of the OC
In 2011, I played with COD Modern warfare 2 for the first time. This game has left vivid moments in my memory, from joyful to sad, my favorite mission is "Rock Climber". At that moment, the first character appeared in my head. Since I couldn't draw at the age of 9, I was building a plot in my head. There is an important point, this is the date when I started playing and when I came up with Trudy. This is June 1, 2011, and this date is also Trudy's date of birth.
In her first version, there was no first or last name, I just called her "Emersan", this call sign is taken from another game that I also actively played. As for her appearance, Trudy looked different, not like she does now. In 2018, I visually sketched her portrait, hoping for my memory. Based on this, I decided to change her appearance, and also attached my old works. As time went on, I always wanted to add something, it seemed to me that Trudy was too simple. Although yes, she really was like that. Then, during the redrawing, I already gave her a name. Her name was Trudy "Emersan" Sombra. She later became Jay, the new surname is Saidler. Trudy's redesigns didn't last long, so I changed it again by drawing new references. You can see that she has hardly changed since 2019, there are small changes on her face – freckles and hair color have become darker. Next comes the tattoo. It was a difficult choice, I came up with the first tattoo myself, then I made another, more complex one. The final version was drawn in 2023, and received a reference

Unlocking Efficiency and Compliance with Electronic Batch Records
The requirement for simplified procedures and strong regulatory compliance has never been more crucial in the ever-changing environment of the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) arise as a game changer, revolutionizing how enterprises manage and document their manufacturing operations. In this blog, learning about what they are, how they work, and how they're changing the future of manufacturing. Development of Batch Records
Batch records were traditionally paper-based documentation that documented the phases of a manufacturing process. These records were not only difficult to handle, but they were also disposed to to mistakes, inefficiencies, and compliance problems. It was a difficult undertaking to keep these records up to date, retrieve past data, and ensure compliance with changing regulations. Electronic Batch Records: A Switchover
Introduction of Electronic Batch Records signaled a revolution in how industry managed their production operations. EBRs replace stacks of paper with digital records, which has various advantages.
EBRs remove the risk of human mistakes associated with manual data entry, resulting in increased accuracy and efficiency. Data gathering and validation methods that are automated ensure that information is correct and up to date. This results in fewer manufacturing mistakes, less waste, and more efficiency.
With EBRs, you can monitor manufacturing processes in real time. This not only allows for speedier decision-making but also gives significant insights into the manufacturing workflow. Managers can quickly identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement remedial actions.
Compliance with industrial rules is of the utmost importance. EBRs make compliance easier by automatically recording each stage of the manufacturing process, ensuring that all necessary data is gathered and securely preserved. This makes audits and regulatory inspections easier.
EBRs make it simple to retrieve past data. This is extremely useful for tracking product quality, investigating issues, and continuously improving. It also makes it easier to generate batch-related reports.
Collaboration across teams in various places is frequent in today's globalized environment. EBRs provide remote access and collaboration, allowing teams to collaborate effortlessly regardless of their geographical location.
Implementing Electronic Batch Records
EBR implementation necessitates careful planning and technological investment. The following are important goals in the implementation process:
Choosing the Right Software: Select EBR software that meets the demands and regulatory standards of your sector. Scalability should be considered to support future expansion.
Training: Provide training to your workers to guarantee they can utilize the EBR system properly. This involves knowing how to enter data, monitor operations, and fix problems.
Transferring data from paper-based records is referred to as data migration.

Helion Energy Commits to Fusion Enegy Delivery to Microsoft in 2028
Helion Energy will provide Microsoft (MSFT.O) with electricity from nuclear fusion in about five years. It is the first purchase power agreement for commercial nuclear fusion energy.
Helion Energy (based in Washington State near Microsofts head office) agreed to provide Microsoft with at least 50 megawatts of electricity from its planned first fusion power plant, starting in 2028. Fifty megawatts is enough electricity to power a data center or factory, said David Kirtley, Helion’s CEO.
Founded in 2013, Helion has launched a multi-billion-dollar effort to produce electricity from fusion, the nuclear reaction that powers the sun and stars.
Helion Energy has received over $570 million in funding and commitments for another $1.7 billion to develop commercial nuclear fusion.
Helion has performed thousands of tests with their sixth prototype called Trenta. In 2021, Trenta reached 100 million degrees C, the temperature they could run a commercial reactor. Magnetic compression fields exceeded 10 T, ion temperatures surpassed 8 keV, and electron temperatures exceeded 1 keV. They reported ion densities up to 3 × 10^22 ions/m3 and confinement times of up to 0.5 ms.
7th prototype Polaris Helion’s seventh-generation prototype, Project Polaris was in development in 2021, with completion expected in 2024. The device was expected to increase the pulse rate from one pulse every 10 minutes to one pulse per second for short periods. This prototype is the first of its kind to be able to heat fusion plasma up to temperatures greater than 100 million degrees C. Polaris is 25% larger than Trenta to ensure that ions do not damage the vessel walls.
Helion’s plan with Polaris is to try demonstrate net electricity from fusion. They plan to demonstrate helium-3 production through deuterium-deuterium fusion.
The plan with Polaris is to pulse at a higher repetition rate during continuous operations.
8th prototype Antares As of January 2022, an eighth prototype, Antares, is in the design stage.
Helium-3 is an ultra-rare isotope of helium that is difficult to find on Earth used in quantum computing and critical medical imaging. Helion produces helium-3 by fusing deuterium in its plasma accelerator utilizing a patented high-efficiency closed-fuel cycle. Scientists have even discussed going to the Moon to mine helium-3 where it can be found in much higher abundance. Helion’s new process means we can produce helium-3 on Earth.
Helion’s cost of electricity production is projected to be $0.01 per kWh without assuming any economies of scale from mass production, carbon credits, or government incentives.
Nextbigfuture has interviewed Helion executives a few years ago and has reported on Helion plans before. Helion and all other nuclear fusion companies have missed target dates in the past. The only fusion companies that have not missed target dates are those that are too new.
All current nuclear fusion projects are less capable than the first EBR-1 fission reactor from 1951. However, technological and scientific breakthroughs can happen. Breakthroughs often do not happen. Nuclear fusion projects might succeed or might not. Many normal large projects fail. Multi-billion dollar skyscrapers and building projects that fail not because of difficult science. Big companies and big projects can fail and they can be late and miss deadlines. The SLS rocket is an example of a project going massively over budget and behind schedule.
December 2022 Update on Helion Energy Science
Helion Fusion CEO, David Kirtley, presented an update on the work as of December, 2022.
They are working on their seventh-generation prototype system and they have had over 10,000 shots with the sixth-generation system. They create and form plasmas and accelerate two plasmas to merge at supersonic speeds. They do not inject beams and operate in pulse mode. they do not hold the plasma for long times like the tokamak approaches.
The VC-funded seventh prototype should generate electricity. They have $500 million in funding and commitments of another $2 billion if the seventh prototype achieves its technical goals.
6th system is working at about 10 kEV (10 thousand electron volts). Over 10,000 shots. 7th system will work at 20 kEV. Want to have it operating by the end of 2023. 8th or 9th systems to get to the ideal operating levels of 100 kEV.
It is taking about 2-4 years to make and start operating each new prototype.

Semiconductor Lithography Materials Trending Upwards
TECHCET— the electronic materials advisory firm providing business and technology information on semiconductor supply chains — is forecasting the Semiconductor Lithography materials market to dip slightly, declining -2% in 2023, which follows the downward trends of the overall semiconductor market. This slowdown is expected to be short-lived, as 2024 forecasts indicate 9.4% growth over 2023, as highlighted in TECHCET’s most recent update to the Lithography Materials Critical Materials Report™. The Lithography materials segment, which includes photoresists and ancillaries (developers, ARCs, BARCs, EBRs, etc.), is estimated to grow 4.9% CAGR (2022-2027). The Ancillary materials segment alone is estimated to grow at a 5.1% CAGR over the same period.
Tumblr media
The fastest growing lithographic materials continue to be EUV and thick KrF photoresists, both of which are driven by the introduction of new technologies: advanced Logic (EUV) and memory (DUV).  Metal oxide (MOX) negative tone EUV resists will also gain traction due to performance capabilities. Older technologies like G & I line are expected to also show growth in proportion to wafer starts, whereas the leading-edge materials will grow at a rate dependent on number of layers for different device types and technology nodes.
Advanced device processes will impact material usage as follows:
Advanced logic devices will continue to require an increased number of photolithography steps per wafer start, driving for more EUV and increased 193nm (ArF) layers. However, many of the current immersion 193nm (i193nm) process steps are likely to be replaced by EUV, & i193nm related lithography materials will also decline.
At the Gate-All-Around (GAA), also called nanosheet or nanoribbon transistors nodes, backside power rail will be added which will drive even more litho steps.
DRAM has also started to use EUV, replacing some ArFi (i193nm) process steps. New DRAM devices are expected to increase overall litho steps per wafer.
3D NAND will also continue to add more layers and stacks, increasing the overall number of all process steps, including lithography steps, per wafer.
Other significant trends impacting materials include the focus on the strengthening of in-country supply-chains and chip production. This has started to impact legacy photolithography chemical makers. For example, Chinese companies are emerging as diazo photoresist makers, while Korean lithography material makers are also gaining momentum.

SMOAK Technologies RIP
One of the thing that bugs me the most concerning Felicity is that she was supposed to be this genius CEO. We had a touch of that in S4 but by S7 Felicity had given up everything for Oliver even though it was established she was never “that woman”.
Yes she created Archer but it was only to protect her family not to make the world a better place and in the end her creation was stolen to become an instrument of fascism that could destroy lives.
EBR did want Felicity to be a CEO more than she wanted her to have a baby, to tell the truth when I met her in Paris during People Convention, she seemed annoyed every time someone mentioned a wedding or a baby as if her character could only be reduced to that.
As much as I adore Olicity, I could imagine the baby in their future, I didn’t need it on screen what I wanted (and it might be one of the reason EBR left before the end of the show) was character development with Felicity learning how to run a successful business, creating amazing tech, vanquishing rival CEOs. I needed that and I’m sure EBR would have loved that as well.
And if at least we had had a truly happy ending, but no, even if the last shot (thanks to SA btw, the writers didn’t even think about that, the suckers) gives us hope of a reunion, they turned Felicity into Penelope. You know Penelope in the Ullysses mythology. She stays at home raising children while her husband leads an adventurous life and she gets him after 20 or so years.
Never, ever would have I thought they would turn Felicity into that. This is unforgivable. She is so much more and EBR and SA sure knew it. The writers who created her by accident, could never cherish the gem she was. Hence my anger and my disappointment. She deserved better, WE deserved better.

Catching up on Arrow is freaking amazing. I am right now in Season 4 and..my god people.
Like its downright educational. I cannot begin to understand how someone can throw their characters under a bus like this.
Every time they tell the audience how great felicity is, I keep thinking about that one time when she became a Doctor overnight, build a holographic table, did an AUTOPSY ON SARA (Because that's not fucked up at all), developed a programme to do a holographic projection of it, claimed that Sara could not have been killed by a normal Bow and Arrow...
Only to be swiftly proven absolutely wrong by the flashback revealing Thea with a Normal Bow and Arrow. I mean the other characters are getting the shaft too, but I came around from hating her for being such a bad character do downright feeling pity for her now. EBR is a way better actress than this and what they give her is atrocious. The entire scene where Felicity, now UNABLE TO WALK has to console her husband and never gets reassuring words from him, the motherfuck just talking behind her back how “Great and strong” she is?
Like...that's vile. And when they finally give her something to work with, they just abandon it. At least 3 times in the show as far as I know. I am seriously not looking forward to more Character assassination.
Oh and Felicity claiming: “My new codename should be Hotwheels” only to then claim she is not ready for the team AFTER claiming in the LAST EPISODE she wants back in...
...I...Seriously somebody should get slapped.

Increasing Prevalence of Cancer and the Need for Early Diagnosis
The World Health Organization (WHO), in one of its statistics, stated that globally, the second leading cause of death is cancer. Additionally, deaths caused due to cancer in the year 2018, registered to around 9.6 million cases.
The statistics portray the growing prevalence of cancer globally and therefore the increasing need amongst individuals for its early detection. Increasing preferences of medical practitioners for minimally invasive and non-invasive methods of sample collection for the detection of cancer is leading to the increase in adoption of liquid biopsy procedures. Automation and paper elimination in pharmaceuticals with electronic batch records
Batch Records Software
Process XE batch records software workflows are 100% configurable. No coding required.
What is a Batch Record?
A batch record is a record of the history of a manufactured product. It comprises processing instructions to assure its safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
As a result, pharmaceutical businesses choose to use Electronic Batch Record (EBR) in order to streamline production and reduce the potential of mistakes seeping in. This article demonstrates how the system facilitates document generation in the pharmaceutical industry, from bulk to packaging processes.
What is Electronic Batch Records all about?
The pharmaceutical business that wishes to apply innovative solutions in manufacturing is concerned with more than just the digitization of forms. The EBR system is also designed to reduce the time necessary to fill out form fields and eventually lead to automatic form completion by gathering data directly from machines. Data collection directly from equipment such as scales, pH meters, and conductivity meters is frequently required as well. Furthermore, the organization wishes to avoid mistakes and track deviations from the standard that occur during the manufacturing process.
The deployment of the Process XE system results in more than just efficient documentation digitalization. Operators are directed through the manufacturing process, which includes changeovers, quality, logistics, and maintenance. Process XE is being compiled using GMP by the system.
This greatly simplified the process of creating or changing forms. However, this still necessitates the use of authorized individuals; only those with the necessary access may make modifications to the forms. All of this is done to avoid mistakes or inappropriate processing.
What does the Process XE solution offer for Pharma?
Process XE provides an all-inclusive solution that includes machine data collecting, hardware, ERP integration, and infrastructure. This method also allows you to create MBR templates. Clients can develop Master Batch Record (MBR) templates by arranging all actions in the system in the correct sequence and assigning responsibility for each role. Each activity may be customized with several reporting data kinds such as numbers, text, and data retrieved from automation, among others. These results can subsequently be checked against the system's quality limitations.
Fields in forms that have been implemented include whether or not an action has been done. A production value column and information about when a given activity was begun or stopped, as well as a computation of the time spent on it, are also among the modifications. There is also an electronic signature placed on the form and comments or remarks made by the responsible person among the implementations.
What does a paperless procedure in the pharmaceutical sector look like?
The paperless process includes digitally directing the operator through particular portions of production, beginning with the activity display - the production to-do list. It also contains changeover information and documentation for each production phase (picture, text, and video). Using Forms, all paper documentation from production are digitized.
All sheets, tables, and reports are immediately fielded with data from current shifts thanks to Process XE. The system monitors and alerts the operator when the task must be finished. Any modifications or deviations are tracked using an audit trail.
To be released, each batch must go through the Process XE system's approval procedure. This relates to the workflow aspect. The persons who notify certain positions in the organization must sign each step with an electronic signature. If the current step in the workflow is allocated to a certain role, notifications are issued. People with the necessary rights may observe where the batch release process has halted and track KPIs for the time it takes to finish each step.
Digital Records Management with Electronic Batch Records
EBR works because of all of the criteria mentioned above. This provides digital documentation management throughout the manufacturing process. The system ensures that the essential data is entered into the stages. EBR generation yields a PDF file with finished reports and signatures.
What are the benefits of this for the pharmaceutical business?
To begin, the system reduces batch release time by 35% owing to workflow and automatic data collection. Material validation, frequent quality inspections, and step-by-step digital teaching also result in 15% reduced mistakes and waste. It also delivers a 7% boost to OTIF.
The use of EBR also facilitates speedier communication between business divisions, contributes to the removal of paper from the manufacturing process, and allows for round-the-clock monitoring of current batch release statuses.
Process XE provides the solutions your pharmaceutical company need to improve workflow efficiency and environmental friendliness. Please contact a member of the team for more personalized help.
Process XE is web based, flexible and user-friendly software solutions for Business process automation.
This Digital, Smart Manufacturing process automation is principally developed for Pharmaceutical, Life science and Healthcare industries to simplify their manufacturing execution system of various processes such as data capture, batch information exchange, batch production management, data security maintenance, data integrity and report production, ensuring compliance to cGMP requirements.
