Bhandari Institute of Minimal Access Surgery Training (BIMAST) - Pioneering Excellence in Laparoscopic Education
Empowering Future Surgeons Through Cutting-edge Laparoscopic Training
Your Gateway to Excellence in Minimal Access Surgery Education
"Precision in Practice, Mastery in Laparoscopy"
                 "Nurturing Skills, Transforming Surgeons."
Laparoscopy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure that allows surgeons to access the inside of the abdomen and pelvis without making large incisions. This type of surgery is commonly used for a variety of procedures, including gallbladder removal, hernia repair, and treatment of endometriosis. best ophthalmology training centre in india
During a laparoscopy, the surgeon makes several small incisions in the abdomen and inserts a thin, flexible tube with a camera and light at the end, called a laparoscope. This allows the surgeon to see inside the body and perform the necessary procedures with the help of specialized instruments.
One of the main advantages of laparoscopy is the reduced trauma to the body compared to traditional open surgery. This results in less pain, smaller scars, and a faster recovery time for the patient. In addition, the risk of infection and other complications is also lower with laparoscopic surgery. vitreo retinal training in india
Another benefit of laparoscopy is the improved visualization of the surgical site. The high-definition camera provides a clear and magnified view of the internal organs, allowing the surgeon to perform precise and delicate maneuvers with greater accuracy.
Laparoscopy is also associated with shorter hospital stays and a quicker return to normal activities. Many patients are able to go home the same day as their surgery and resume their daily routines within a few days.
Despite its many advantages, laparoscopy may not be suitable for all patients or all types of surgeries. In some cases, open surgery may be necessary due to the complexity of the procedure or the patient's specific medical condition.
In conclusion, laparoscopy is a valuable and widely used surgical technique that offers numerous benefits to patients, including less pain, faster recovery, and improved outcomes. As technology continues to advance, the use of laparoscopy is expected to become even more common in the field of surgery.

H3 Preschool –Early Childhood Education in India
(ECE) Early Childhood Education in India is on the rise, and for good reason. With changing times, preschool educators and parents are realising how important the first few years of a child’s life are in terms of shaping their cognitive, social, emotional and mental development. Learning through play is gaining traction and there is a growth in holistic development curriculum.
Indian families have always thought it more important for a child to have most of its early years spent in the home environment. With the changes in demography and the increase in urbanisation, early education programmes are gaining importance and being seen as a better option. The National ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) Policy of 2013 emphasises that high quality education needs to be accessible to the early ages as well.
In India, Gujarat is a forerunner when it comes to ECE initiatives. The state government actively promotes early education and has its own Anganwadi reforms. The Mission Vatsalya program by the government it set to improve the quality of early education in Gujarat. It takes initiatives for child adoption and institutional care as well. Early childhood education courses are available at various levels in India, from diplomas to postgraduate degrees. Such programs are useful for individuals to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively work with young children. The growing demand for qualified ECE professionals is making this a promising career path.
Choosing a Nursery School in India
When selecting a nursery school for your child, it is important to take into consideration factors like the curriculum, qualifications of teachers, student to teacher ratios, and the overall learning environment and experience. Look for schools that put more emphasis on play-based learning and cater to the holistic development of the child.

How NEP 2020 Transforms Indian Education - Key Changes and Impacts
The National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) marks a significant shift in the Indian education system, aiming to make it more holistic, flexible, multidisciplinary, and aligned with the needs of the 21st century. This article explores the key changes introduced by NEP2020 and their impacts on the education landscape in India.
Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE)
One of the fundamental changes brought by NEP 2020 is the emphasis on Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE). The policy recognizes the importance of the formative years (ages 3-6) and aims to ensure that every child has access to quality early childhood education. The introduction of the 5+3+3+4 curricular structure integrates ECCE with primary schooling, laying a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Impact:
Early identification and support for learning disabilities.
Improved cognitive development and school readiness.
Better student performance in higher grades due to a strong educational foundation.
Multidisciplinary and Holistic Education
NEP 2020 promotes a multidisciplinary approach, allowing students to choose subjects across streams. It encourages a more holistic education that includes not just academic knowledge but also critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills. The policy aims to break down the rigid separation between arts, sciences, vocational and academic streams.
Impact:
Greater flexibility and freedom in learning.
Enhanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Better preparation for real-world challenges.
Vocational Education Integration
Recognizing the importance of vocational training, NEP 2020 plans to integrate vocational education into mainstream education. By 2025, at least 50% of learners will have exposure to vocational education through internships with local industries.
Impact:
Improved employability of students.
Bridging the gap between education and industry needs.
Empowerment of students with practical and relevant skills.
Teacher Training and Professional Development
Teachers are central to the implementation of NEP 2020. The policy emphasizes the continuous professional development of educators, setting up national standards for teacher education and creating a robust merit-based structure of tenure, promotion, and salary.
Impact:
Enhanced teaching quality and effectiveness.
Better student outcomes through improved instruction.
Increased respect and professionalization of the teaching career.
Assessment Reforms
NEP 2020 aims to shift from rote learning to competency-based learning. It introduces reforms in assessment patterns, focusing on regular formative assessments rather than high-stakes board exams. The new assessment system is designed to be more comprehensive, covering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains.
Impact:
Reduction in student stress related to exams.
More accurate evaluation of student abilities and learning progress.
Encouragement of continuous learning and improvement.
Inclusive and Equitable Education
The national education policy 2020 underscores the importance of inclusive education, aiming to bring children from all sections of society into the educational fold. Special attention is given to gender inclusion, reducing dropout rates among marginalized communities, and providing scholarships and support mechanisms.
Impact:
Increased enrollment and retention rates.
Equitable access to education for all children.
Enhanced social cohesion and reduced inequality.
Use of Technology in Education
NEP 2020 emphasizes the integration of technology in teaching and learning processes. It advocates for the creation of digital infrastructure, online learning platforms, and the promotion of digital literacy among students and teachers.
Impact:
Greater accessibility to quality education resources.
Personalized and adaptive learning experiences.
Enhanced readiness for a digital future.
Conclusion
The National Education Policy 2020 represents a paradigm shift in the Indian education system. By focusing on holistic development, multidisciplinary learning, and inclusivity, NEP 2020 aims to transform the educational landscape, making it more relevant and effective in meeting the demands of the contemporary world. The successful implementation of these changes will require the collaborative efforts of educators, policymakers, and the community at large, ultimately leading to a more empowered and educated nation.

Impact on Preschools and Early Childhood Education
The NEP recognizes the critical role of preschool education in laying a strong foundation for a child’s future learning journey. NEP 2023 and 2024 collectively emphasize curriculum enhancement, teacher training, assessment practices, digital integration, a multilingual approach, and inclusivity, significantly impacting preschools and early childhood education centers across the nation.
Challenges and Opportunities
Implementing such transformative policies is not without its challenges, including the need for substantial teacher training, infrastructure development, technological access, and ensuring inclusivity. However, these reforms also present unparalleled opportunities for fostering a generation of students who are well-prepared for the complexities of the modern world, equipped with critical thinking skills, digital literacy, and a strong educational foundation.
Stakeholder Perspectives
The success of NEP 2023 and 2024 hinges on collaborative efforts from all stakeholders, including educators, parents, policymakers, and the community at large. Their active engagement, feedback, and adaptation are crucial for realizing the policies' full potential and creating an educational ecosystem that empowers every child in India.
Conclusion: A Progressive Continuum Towards Educational Excellence
The NEPs for 2023 and 2024 are progressive steps in the direction of remaking Indian education; while each has a distinct area of emphasis, they all work together to create a framework that is inclusive, adaptable, and contemporary. These initiatives seek to equip Indian students not only for regional achievement but also for success in the global arena. The transition from NEP 2023 to 2024, which represents India's continued path of educational reform, offers a clear picture of a future in which high-quality education will be available to everyone and raise a generation of internationally aware, enlightened citizens who are prepared to contribute to both national and global advancement.

The Price of Knowledge: Unveiling SAP ECC FI Course Fees
The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) world is vast, and SAP reigns supreme. As a critical player in the SAP ecosystem, SAP ECC FI (Finance and Controlling) holds immense value for finance professionals. But before diving into this in-demand skill set, you're likely wondering: how much an SAP ECC FI course cost?
Like most things in life, the answer is complex. SAP ECC FI course fees can vary significantly depending on several factors:
Location: In India, for instance, course fees typically range from ₹ $20,000 to ₹ $80,000 (around $240 to $960). However, costs tend to be higher in Western countries.
Course Duration & Depth: An introductory course might span a few weeks and cost less, while a comprehensive program with certification could take months and cost more.
Training Provider: Reputed institutes often charge a premium compared to smaller players.
Here's a breakdown to give you a better idea:
Budget-friendly options: You might find online courses or introductory workshops for as low as ₹20,000 ($240).
Mid-range programs: These comprehensive courses from established institutes can cost anywhere from ₹35,000 to ₹60,000 ($420 to $720).
Premium packages: Expect to pay upwards of ₹75,000 ($900) for in-depth training with certification and placement assistance.
Beyond the Rupees & Dollars
Remember, the course fee is just one aspect to consider. Here are some additional factors to weigh in:
Learning format: Online courses offer flexibility but may lack real-time interaction. Classroom programs provide a structured learning environment but can be less convenient.
Trainer experience: A seasoned instructor can significantly enhance your learning experience.
Certification options: Including certification in your course can boost your resume's value but adds to the cost.
Finding the Right Fit
Be bold and shop around! Research institutes, compare course structures, and inquire about free demo sessions. Opt for a program that aligns with your budget, learning style, and career goals.
Investing in Your Future
While the upfront cost might seem substantial, consider SAP ECC FI training as an investment in your future. With this valuable skill set, you can unlock doors to exciting career opportunities and command a higher salary. So, weigh the cost against the potential returns and take that first step towards becoming a sought-after SAP ECC FI professional.

Our partnership has grown from strength to strength over the years. We have built trust and confidence in our partnership and hope to continue this journey well into the future
Importance of Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) in the World with a focus on the vulnerable section of India
Research from Harvard University shows that “In the first few years of life, more than 1 million new neural connections are formed every second”¹ (InBrief: The Science of Early Childhood Development, 2007). The graph below also aptly sheds light on the rapid escalation in the development of various functions in the brain of a human, not just in the first few years but in the first few months after birth.
Therefore, the foundational construction of a human brain takes place in the first 6–8 years of their life and the presence of Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) in this phase plays a significant role in deciding if this foundation is robust or frail.
The young brain requires the right nutrition, education and stimulations in the developing stages to ensure that the train for domains like language, cognitive ability, motor skills, emotions, adaptive ability etcetera is set on the right track. Research shows that ECCD is closely tied to the future level of education obtained, job prospects and income status of an individual. In the study “Positioning ECCD in the 21st Century” analysis of a group of children who participated in an ECCD program and a group of children that did not participate in an ECCD program (control group) over 27 years showed that the ECCD program children at the age of 27 “had earnings markedly higher”, “were more likely to be homeowners” and “had formed more stable relationships and marriages” compared to the control group (Arnold, n.d.)³. Hence, when considered cumulatively for the entire younger population it is safe to assert that ECCD holds the power to shape the quality of the life of the future generations and can consequently make drastic changes to the economy of a country.
Data shows that “Children belonging to economically vulnerable communities and other traditionally marginalized communities and groups including children living in emergency and migratory situations have less or no access to ECCE/ECD and ECI services” (UNESCO, 2022)⁴. A 5.8 : 1 benefit-to-cost ratio from ECCD was observed in Egypt for the most disadvantaged children (Arnold, n.d.-a)⁵. Young children of families living in poverty are often left unattended when the adults work at an extreme time schedule to support the family. These children are not exposed to befitting learning or activities, such as doing puzzles or basic communication with their families, that induce brain development. Furthermore, the lack of nutritious and timely meals puts their physical and mental health at risk. They are also subject to unsanitary and unsafe surroundings as they live in temporary settlements, often close to where their parents work. This implies that by introducing ECCD programs and making them available to the poorest sections of the society we are taking steps towards eradicating poverty and improving the life expectancy and quality of people living in unfavorable conditions. Establishing a strong intellectual basis, stable mentality, and sturdy health will help harness the capabilities of these children and administer a beneficial future.
