Every woman reaches an age where she doubts her maturity and aims to explore further the idea of womanhood. This work comes into contact with this dialogue, with the need of every woman to come into contact with her innate femininity as it is exemplified by an intimate relation with nature. Everything here happens inside the unconscious; her dreams make real what her reality cannot. Nature sets questions while advising the two women on how they can articulate, pick apart, formulate, and eventually deal with their constricted positions. Every individual element of the landscape explored in the work – like the sea, the rocks, the sand, the wind, and the tree are all elements used to exemplify nature’s own feminine attributes. Woman-nature is therefore calling the two women-explorers to observe their surroundings and the changes those undergo through time. It invites them to observe how the sea transforms from an angry and terrifying element to an ever peaceful and gentle mother, always finding balance in between her different states.

As women observe the different dynamic changes that mother nature perpetually moves through, as they are given the opportunity to engage, play and understand them, they start feeling closer to their femininity – as an attribute of simplicity, strength, dynamic and balance.

This work relates to the emerging movement of eco-feminism, as it aims to connect contemporary women’s struggle in finding meaning in their femininity to nature’s same struggle through the destruction that humans have brought upon it. However nature always finds a way to return to its initial state, fighting all obstacles and protecting itself. Woman has also felt the effects of constant oppression and exploitation and it is now her turn to find ways to overcome hardship and protect herself, emerging from her shell stronger and more balanced than ever before.

Muchos “anarquistas” sustentan el gazapo de que la Anarquía se sitúa intrínseca-mente a la “izquierda” (e incluso algunos más populistas, la colocan «abajo y a la izquierda», haciéndose eco del neozapatismo chiapaneco); identificándola como «la corriente crítica del socialismo». De tal modo, reivindican consanguinidades y aseveran que somos parte de una “gran familia”. Estos “compañeros” (intoxicados de propaganda socialdemócrata), reconocen a la “izquierda” como su hábitat y su estirpe, confiriéndole al anarquismo el rol de hermano menor –grosero, desobediente e impulsivo–, a quien, a pesar de su mal comportamiento, “mamá izquierda” siempre está dispuesta a arropar en su regazo, por el «bien común de la familia». Sin reparar en los orígenes jacobinos –burgueses/liberales– de la “izquierda”, ni en su esencia instituyente, es difícil discernir las verdaderas intenciones de esta trampa macabra impuesta desde el poder, que relega la teoría y la práctica anárquica a la retaguardia del pensamiento marxiano (esa fue la estrategia de la Primera Internacional). Empero, es hasta comienzos del siglo pasado, que el anarquismo es condenado a morar a la “izquierda” in saecula saeculorum, acusado de “infantilismo”. Eufemismo a modo, con el que Vladímir Ilich Uliánov, aspiraba a desarmar nuestros irrenunciables propósitos de liberación total. Pese a ello, amplios sectores anarquistas, continúan posicionándose, sin mayores remordimientos, a la “izquierda” del estercolero político. Sin duda, hoy podemos identificar al interior de nuestras tiendas, y sin mayores esfuerzos, posturas ideologizadas que se autoproclaman placenteramente “izquierdistas” y encajan perfectamente en ese árbol genealógico. Connotados ejemplos son los remanentes del anarcosindicalismo, los partidos neoplataformistas, los nucleamientos comunistas libertarios, los antiautoritarios, los anarcopopulistas y los grupúsculos cesionarios de la autonomía libertaria; sin omitir a los “anarco-hiperactivistas” y los “frentistas” compulsivos, que reiteradamente establecen alianzas con diferentes sectas leninistas y/o las cofradías nacionalistas (independentistas), en nombre de la Revolución, del anti-imperialismo, el antifascismo o el anticapitalismo, contando con la aquiescencia de todos los antes aludidos [7]. Mención honorífica merecen –a propósito de Norteamérica– algunos adalides del anarcoizquierdismo por estas tierras; tal es el caso del RAM (Revolutionary Abolitionist Movement), con su más reciente protesta en coordinación con la coalición “Manos fuera de Venezuela” y, los guardias stalinistas del WWP (Workers World Party), en defensa del gobierno populista de Maduro y; el histórico e incondicional apoyo de la ABCF (Federación de la Cruz Negra Anarquista) a los cinco espías cubanos –oficiales de inteligencia del gobierno de los hermanos Castro y colaboradores del FBI– presos en Estados Unidos a comienzos del siglo [8]. Ya ni referirse al usual reclutamiento de “carne de cañón” anarquista para la “Revolución del Rojava” y su martirologio, que cada día cobra más vidas de compañeros y compañeras de la mano del anarcoleninismo posmoderno. Pero, el sesgo a la izquierda es tan grande en nuestras tiendas, que frecuentemente encontramos estas “convocatorias” publicadas en blogs y sitios webs supuestamente anarquistas. Lo curioso, es que no solo son toleradas sino bien recibidas, celebradas y hasta reproducidas solidariamente en páginas afines, sin el menor cuestionamiento ni la más mínima advertencia, cuando deberían ser excluidas y criticadas con el mismo ahínco que se rechazan los textos fascistoides y las declaraciones misántropas. Con todo, muchas veces encontramos acotaciones y deslindes, a manera de exordio, a nuestras contribuciones –decididamente anárquicas– o, a los comunicados y reflexiones de los grupos de praxis insurreccional; cuando no son censurados o mutilados («por problemas de espacio»). Tenemos la vista tan cargada a la izquierda que estamos acondicionados para distinguir de inmediato cualquier texto protocapitalista, fascista o conservador pero, somos incapaces de detectar, y aborrecer con ímpetu, el más evidente discurso izquierdista y/o protoleninista. Somos lo bastante competentes para divisar –a años luz de distancia– las desvirtuaciones de derecha y desterrarlas de nuestras tiendas pero inútiles para percibir toda la pestilencia izquierdista con que se nos bombardea diariamente y, peor aún, nos mantenemos inermes frente a esta brutal penetración, atascados en el pantano, con los zapatos de plomo de la corrección política. Todo lo que venga envuelto de “justicia social”, decorado con “igualitarismo”, ataviado de “victimismo” y, huela a “pueblo”, es bienvenido. Lo que se presuma “antisocial”, se admita “ilegalista”, se aproxime al “nihilismo” y, se ostente, consecuentemente, contra la civilización, es sospechoso. En esta misma tesitura, y como era de esperarse, no han faltado los malintencionados que han intentado meter en el mismo costal las pifias misántropas y las audaces inquietudes de la tendencia informal anárquica, señalando al anarquismo insurreccional y anticivilización de nuestros días como una “desviación” del ideal ácrata. Con similares intenciones, han acudido a la cita los insurreccionalistas setenteros, marcándonos el guion a seguir para la culminación (¡divina!) de la “insurrección generalizada”; sin percatarse que las renovaciones ejecutadas en el transcurso del conflicto cotidiano, no son un producto intelectual aséptico elaborado en un laboratorio aislado, sino parte integral del desarrollo dinámico de la insurrección ácrata en nuestros días y que la guerra anárquica, tal como la venimos planteando –alejados de certezas, recetarios y conceptualizaciones ajenas–, no es otra cosa que la redefinición actualizada de nuestros rasgos y la reafirmación intransigente de una crítica radical al poder, invitándonos a retomar nuestro negro camino a la Anarquía. ¡Por la potencialización de la Internacional Negra (Informal e Insurreccional)! ¡Por la Anarquía! Notas: [7] No basta con ser antifascistas ni anticapitalistas. Como anár-quistas, nosotros vamos por más: la guerra anárquica es contra toda autoridad, contra todo poder. El “anticapitalismo”, el “anti-imperialismo”, el “antifascismo”, al igual que el “ecologismo”, son ideologías al servicio del poder con estrategias frentistas instituyentes, que, por lo general, agrupan una gran variedad de posiciones políticas, incluídas las de nuestros enemigos. Es común encontrar en los frentes “antifascistas” un nutrido grupo de izquierdistas y, sobre todo, stalinistas, que si bien se oponen al “fascismo pardo”, sus objetivos son la implantación del “fascismo rojo”. De igual modo, en los frentes “anticapitalistas”, además de los sectores representativos de la izquierda, también es frecuente concurrir con fascistas y neonazis que ansían el exterminio de los “parásitos capitalistas” y la instauración del capitalismo de Estado. Sin duda, es en los frentes “antiimperialistas”, donde más enemigos nos topamos, ya que la gama es mucho más amplia; allí encontraremos nacionalistas, independentistas, neonazis, stalinistas, populistas, demócratas liberales y, extensos sectores de las oligarquías criollas. El “ecologismo”, tampoco es diferente; en sus frentes se albergan todos los colores del espectro político, destacando aquellos (sin distinción de ideologías) que ya ostentan el poder. Desde una óptica similar, hay compañeras que han ido aún más lejos en la crítica a las ideologías y las estrategias frentistas, señalando estos mismos peligros incluso en el “feminismo” (Vid. Tina Ambani: Striking Her Own Path

“I don’t go by the rule book. I lead from the heart, not the head”, said Princess Diana who was known for her rebellious attempts at reaching out to the people in pain and yet nothing seemed to touch her when it came to her passion for the ones in need. Tina Ambani, Chairperson of Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani is pretty much the woman sashaying on the same wavelength when it comes to showing compassion and putting in the kind of attention the job she is doing demands.  Always keeping an open mind, she’s made her peace with being called a catalyst, a rejecting businesswoman, philanthropist, even a corporate diva. As she scrutinizes the one million square foot healthcare colossus situated in the heart of the city of Mumbai she says, “I just like connecting people.”  

And turns out, she comes across as agreeable to many. Her co-star, who also is a very good family friend of hers, says with a heartily laugh, “Tina was an original. I wouldn't call her bohemian exactly, but she wasn't like these other actresses who came with an entourage.  She was a person of her own terms and had this great air of confidence around her when it came to dealing with people”. He adds, “She was not an earth-shaking actress, but she was fiercely diligent.”

Today, even as she’s 61 years of age, she is as much of a cool woman as she was when she registered herself onto our minds, winning Miss Teenage Inter-Continental in Aruba, making it to the cover of Femina and strutting through an array of iconic flicks such as Karz, Rocky and Souten. There is something quintessential about how she finds love in what she does. And that she says   has made her who she is today. She quit movies after a decade to go to Los Angeles and study interior design since she felt she was not growing enough. After two years when she returned to India, she got on-board on a series of enterprises which bonded her artistic sense to her selflessness.  Commenting on her work at Harmony she remarks, “Harmony Art came from my working in the family textile business. After marriage, I began to take a keen interest in the design and R&D of the furnishing and textiles lines in the company. That's how the Harmony Art shows happened.” The exhibitions held for Harmony Art, showcased 1,500 artists and the footfall it enjoyed were as great as that of half a million across 15 years.  But it was unfortunate that the Indian market for art had seen a huge descend and then things started getting dense. Nonetheless, she continued doing a lot of private art shows as a part of her cause towards encouraging emerging artists and for art lovers as well as international collaborations, workshops and residences.

The inception for Harmony for Silvers Foundation, on the other hand, happened because of a chance comment by a friend of hers about not having told his mother he loved her before she died. She is of the belief that comfortable, graceful and secure ageing is imperative, especially in India since there are huge gaps in the Indian healthcare system. And now that she’s running a hospital she says that she has realised that these gaps hold relevance for all ages. And this is the reason why the hospital which was originally a cardiac care specialty has transformed into a multi-disciplined eco-system.

As of now, she’s completely involved with the 16-floor hospital, where she’s steered everything from the scratch, be it construction to interiors to zeroing onto what faculty has to be set up. Akin to a mini city, it has 2,300 people in it. She remarks that the hospital had dedicated research teams that identified what are the gaps in healthcare in India and the team got together to bridge those. Tina feels that it is integral to marry the old convention of ethics, care and compassion with the latest technology and infrastructure.

Primavera Teatro. Presentata la XIV edizione della rassegna di teatro per bambini e ragazzi

Il teatro inteso come bottega di formazione, che fa ridere e diverte ragazzi e bambini ma che li aiuta nel percorso di crescita, torna con la quattordicesima edizione di Primavera Teatro. Casa Babylon continua a puntare con convinzione sulla straordinaria efficacia formativa dei linguaggi dell’Arte scenica per le nuove generazioni, e anche quest’anno propone la rassegna col prezioso sostegno dell’Amministrazione Comunale di Pagani, della Regione Campania, della Bimed e in sinergia con le scuole del territorio.

Le mattinate teatrali si terranno come da consuetudine al Teatro Sant'Alfonso Maria de' Liguori di Pagani. “ Crediamo che in questo teatro possa nascere un polo di riferimento culturale, sul territori ci sono le forze e i contenuti necessari, con Primavera Teatro diamo il nostro contributo a questo progetto – Ha dichiarato durante la presentazione di questa mattina nel foyer del Sant'Alfonso il direttore artistico di Casa Babylon Teatro Nicolantonio Napoli, che ha proseguito: “ Proponiamo compagnie nazionali che sono in tournée in tutta l'Italia con i loro spettacoli. Tanti pensano che il teatro per ragazzi sia di serie C, ma non è il nostro caso, qui si fa teatro di serie A pensato e studiato per parlare ai ragazzi nel loro linguaggio”. Parole alle quali hanno fatto eco quelle del rappresentante dell'amministrazione cittadina, l'assessore Raffaele La Femina,che ha dichiarato: “ Gli ingredienti per fare bene ci sono tutti. Il Comune è affianco a Casa Babylon e alle associazioni e a tutti quelli che vogliono proporre iniziative belle ed importanti per la nostra città. Stiamo lavorando per rilanciare la cultura con un'offerta variegata”.

Dopo i saluti di rito, è stato il momento della presentazione degli spettacoli, tutti di caratura nazionale, inseriti all'interno della quattordicesima edizione di Primavera Teatro. Temi d'attualità, come il bullismo e la shoah, al centro degli spettacoli per ragazzi. Per i bambini, gli spettacoli sono incentrati sul tema delle favole della responsabilità.

Il programma

La rassegna comincia con uno spettacolo allegro e coinvolgente che tratta di uno dei personaggi più belli, misteriosi ed affascinanti per i bambini: Babbo Natale. lunedì 18 e martedì 19 dicembre 2018 Teatro dell’Orco presenta “Gennarino nel paese di Natale”. Un buffo personaggio, Gennarino, vince un concorso indetto da una fabbrica di Panettoni, e per premio vola nel Paese di Babbo Natale per incontrarlo, e dove scoprirà la magia della neve che è ancora più bella quando si comprende il vero senso del Natale.

Il secondo spettacolo della rassegna è l'immancabile appuntamento con il Giorno della Memoria. Primavera teatro è alla quattordicesima edizione, comincia a diventare grande come i suoi piccoli spettatori, ed allora ha fatto una scelta particolare e coraggiosa. Parlare della shoah dal punto di vista dei carnefici, per mostrare che quanto più il male sembra banale, tanto più occorre temerlo. Lunedì 28 e martedì 29 gennaio 2019 La Mansarda Teatro porterà in scena: “Non colpevole - processo ad un nazista modello”. L’11 Aprile del 1961 viene processato davanti al tribunale di Gerusalemme Otto Adolf Eichmann. Il criminale nazista nega ogni responsabilità personale di fronte ai quindici capi d’imputazione che gli vengono contestati, asserendo di aver obbedito solo ad ordini superiori. Così, con quella sua aria all’apparenza mite, con quel suo mostrarsi come un uomo tranquillo, “Normale”, Eichmann incarna perfettamente l’immagine spaventosa di un grigio, efficiente burocrate al servizio del male.

Giovedì 14 e venerdì 15 febbraio 2019 spazio ad un grande classico con I Fratelli Caproni, una delle più importanti realtà del teatro per ragazzi in Italia, con  “I vestiti nuovi dell’imperatore” di Hans Christian Andersen. La trama esalta il gioco clownesco e attorale dei FRATELLI CAPRONI, che possono trasformarsi a piacimento in tutti i personaggi e creare sulla scena mondi invisibili, vestito compreso. I vestiti nuovi dell’Imperatore è una storia profonda, ricca di significato, di specchi, di sfumatura, di giochi: e dietro le peripezie degli attori c’è il tempo e lo spazio per la poesia, per svelare l’inganno che il vestito magico cuce per noi

“Ti aspetto fuori” è lo spettacolo che parla fuori dai denti del bullismo. Mercoledì 20 e giovedì 21 febbraio 2019 Casa Babylon Teatro presenta la sua produzione, che si articola attorno alle tematiche del bullismo e del cyberbullismo. È interpretato senza trucchi scenotecnici, con una lingua e un modo gestuale aspro e «vero», senza concessioni alla dizione e alle buone convenzioni teatrali. Ti aspetto fuori rende testimonianza di un dramma che riguarda tutti, i nostri ragazzi, la famiglia, la scuola. Racconta un giorno di scuola, di una classe di giovani e scatenati ragazzi, la più ‘disperata’ di un malandato istituto di periferia.

Lunedì 18 marzo 2019 c'è lo spettacolo in lingua inglese di “The Play Group Teatro le Nuvole” con un grande classico: Hamlet. Il Play Group presenta quella che è considerata la più grande opera teatrale di lingua inglese mai scritta: l'Amleto di Shakespeare. Una storia di tradimenti e vendette, che resta l'opera di Shakespeare più popolare e conosciuta, mai eguagliata sul palcoscenico e nei film. Uno spettacolo che è pensato appositamente per accompagnare le scuole nel percorso di formazione sulle lingue straniere, tanto che alle classi che parteciperanno saranno consegnati materiali didattici di preparazione da utilizzare nell'avvicinamento allo spettacolo.

Giovedì 21 e venerdì 22 marzo 2019 arrivano dei fuoriclasse del panorama teatrale italiano: la compagnia Crest di Taranto. Portano in scena “Biancaneve. La vera storia”.Biancaneve, una delle fiabe più conosciute al mondo, nasce in Germania e la sua storia originale è piuttosto lontana dall’immaginario americano di Walt Disney. Questa storia vuole ridarle la luce che le è propria e portare per mano tutti i bambini “dietro le quinte” della favola, lì dove prendono forma e vita i personaggi, i loro sentimenti e le loro azioni, talvolta buoni e talvolta cattivi. Proprio come uno spettacolo: un po’ comico, un po’ emozionante; o come la vita: un po’ dolce, un po’ irritante, un po’ divertente, un po’ inquietante,

Giovedì 28 e venerdì 29 marzo 2019 c'è la Compagnia del Ragazzi con “Il Mago di Oz”. Questa versione teatrale de Il Mago di Oz, tratta dal libro di L. Frank Baum è interpretata da attori/ragazzi per parlare ai ragazzi della loro stessa età di collaborazione reciproca e di autostima. La storia narra di Dorothy e del suo cagnolino Totò, che la signorina Gulch, una odiosa megera senza cuore, vuole fare abbattere, perchè nel cercare di afferrarlo, le ha morso la gamba. Alla fine i quattro protagonisti capiscono allora che solo aiutandosi a vicenda possono acquisire fiducia in se stessi per essere felici.

Giovedì 4 aprile 2019 torna il teatro in lingua straniera, stavolta in francese. La Mansarda Teatro propone uno dei classici di Molière: “Les précieuses ridicules”. Una delle commedie più brillanti del giovane Molière, quella che, a detta della critica, rivela in pieno il suo talento comico. L’attualità di questa commedia, che mette alla berlina la società dell’immagine la rende assolutamente idonea ad essere rappresentata per un giovane pubblico, che non fatica ad immedesimarsi nelle vicende delle due preziose. Di qui l’idea di alcuni slittamenti che ci rimandano alle mode attuali ed agli oggetti culto, quelli senza i quali sei out.

La chiusura è per venerdì 12 aprile 2019 con la favola musicale di “Pierino e il Lupo” nella particolarissima versione del Novapolis Ensemble Quintet. Di quest’opera, che nella versione originale di S. Prokofiev è per orchestra e voce recitante, il Novapolis Ensemble propone un personale adattamento per quintetto di fiati, fiati (flauto, oboe,clarinetto, fagotto, corno) piccole percussioni, voce recitante e videoproiezioni. La presenza di diapositive arricchisce ulteriormente la narrazione della storia prestandosi particolarmente a stimolare l’attenzione anche dei più piccoli. Ogni personaggio è rappresentato da un tema musicale, affidato ad un particolare strumento. Una voce recitante narra la fiaba mentre la musica commenta ogni scena illustrando il carattere, i sentimenti e descrivendo le azioni di ciascun personaggio.
