#quentintarantino's debut #film #reservoirdogs is 25 years old, released this day in 1992. A hilarious and profane opening discussion of the true meaning of #madonna's #likeavirgin set the tone for the rest of the film, with all the now familiar Tarantino touches in place: hip dialogue, ferocious violence, cool music and non linear storytelling. The film wasn't a huge success financially but its indie cred set the stage for his next film #pulpfiction 2 years later. #harveykeitel was instrumental in getting the film made, having been passed the script by a friend, he took a coproducer's role in addition to starring as the veteran #bankrobber #mrwhite.
