Last night I briefly talked about how the name "Luna" relates to "Diana" and now I get to briefly talk about how the name "Lisl" relates to "Elisa."
If those names roll off the tongue as if they might belong to the same family, that's because they do. "Lisl" is a variant of "Liesl", which means "oath to God." "Elisa" means "pledge to God" or "God is my oath." They are both diminutives of "Elisabeth", which means all of the same above.
Take note, Elisa gave him this name herself.

Keyaru had been determined to put his life back on track and finally exact revenge against those who had wronged him. With a powerful healing spell, he rewound time so that everything would be different – but not just for himself; rather, this new purpose is one where others can experience what it feels like if they were also suffering from an unwanted fate or obligation!

Ship Tag Game
tagged by @yuuris-piano thank you Joey-sensei!!
First ship you ever read fic for: Hikaru and Haruhi from OHSHC (I absolutely REFUSE to accept that Tamaki and Haruhi are together)
First ship you ever wrote fic for: Shun/Alice from Bakugan Battle Brawlers if we’re exclusively talking canon characters. But my very first fics were unfinished, horribly written French stories between Mary Sue, copy-paste OCs and Mu from Saint Seiya (I’m so sorry baby you deserved better than that come on look at my sweet prince).
Ship you write the most now: Viktuuri
Ship you read the most now: Viktuuri
Newest ship: Watolock (Sherlock Holmes/Wato Tachibana) from Miss Sherlock.
Rare ship you want to read more of: Otayuuri :/
Your taboo ship: *shields self from tomatoes* Yakuuri or Yuuri/Lilia (I have yet to find good, finished and regularly updated fics for either of those wink wink nudge nudge). And though it has been a while, Wincest from Supernatural, NejiHina from Naruto, EverShur (Everett Ross/Shuri) from Black Panther.
They never met in canon ship: Depending on the route you take in Detroit Become Human, Connara (Connor/Kara).
Your unexpected ship: Phantasos/El Cid from Saint Seiya The Lost Canvas.
The ship you always forget to give love to: EverPanther (Everett Ross/T’Challa) from Black Panther.
Ship your OC with a canon character (if applicable): Literally any of the Aries saints from Saint Seiya or a Gemini (I had the most embarrassing crush on Saga as a child)
A ship you’re embarrassed to ship: I used to be big on Larten Crepsley/Darren Shan from the Saga of Darren Shan, for some reason. Also Oh Sangwoo/Yoon Bum from Killing Stalking to an extent.
Your most romantic ship: Chise/Elias from The Ancient Magus Bride or Elisa/The Asset from The Shape of Water, just to change from Victuuri for a bit :)
Your sexiest ship: Shikamaru Nara/Temari Sabaku from Naruto
Your most tragic ship: At the risk of sounding cliché, I do have to say Romeo/Juliet from Romeo X Juliet. Also Albafica/Agasha & Alone/Tenma from Saint Seiya The Lost Canvas, Patroclus/Achilles from The Song of Achilles, Calron (Callum Hunt/Aaron Stewart) from the Magisterium.
A ship you want more content for: All of the above Hiroko Katsuki/Toshiya Katsuki, Watolock and femslash in general.

Ch.30 omake - Material I couldn't fit in after reading the atmosphere
Question: In the story, the King and Queen have a "unique bond" but how on earth does the queen feel about the king? - Anonymous Man, Mr. M.E.
Elisa: If I had to put it bluntly...he's my "oshi." It's with a grateful heart that I have a permanent front-row seat with him.
Ellroy: Oshi?
Elisa: Yes. "Oshi." My lifetime oshi.
Ellroy: "OSHI?"
Sash across Rudolf's chest: Singer chosen by a goddess
Elisa's fan: "King"
Elisa: Since you, the Green Gentleman, are the King's oshi, you're an oshi to me, too.
Rudolf: My Queen, he's more a lover to me than an oshi.
Ellroy: "King's oshi?" Uh.
Rudolf's fan: "Green"
Elisa's fan: "Your Excellency"
Ellroy thoughts: What language is the Queen even speaking? I really don't get that couple.
Narration: And so, the Green Wizard's quest to understand the concept of "oshi" continues.

I've posted a lot about ch.30, and there's only so much I can stretch it out, but another detail about this flashback I'm curious about is how acquainted Elisa and the Bird Magician were.
During Ellroy's attack on her uncle and the other two men, the details of who immediately came to try and diffuse the situation were especially focused on the two of them.
Hn. Might be nothing. Might be everything. Here's to waiting.

Expounding upon this post about how white witches and magicians initiate their powers, I want to take guesses as to what Elisa and Rudolf used to cast their charms.
Rudolf's is pretty apparent. The Green Eyes song and the "lonely, loveless king loved by songs" are likely red herrings, at least the "lonely, loveless king loved by songs" detail. His charm/curse means was more than likely through his eyes.
This was a demonstration of him using the "King's Power" which allows him to "see" true names, so it, too, was possibly a red herring.
Though the biggest giveaway is likely this:

From the moment Rudolf came to the garden Ellroy knew that charms were being cast. He was just strong enough and in-the-know enough to not fall completely for them at the time. Then Rudolf's awkwardness, harassment, and the sheer absurdity that he proposed kinda broke those charms every time.
The only way Rudolf would've had any significant power through songs was through his position as the king with the "King's Power", according to the ch.30 omake. However, it's important for this post that the love song he crafted revolved around eyes as the subject.
Now onto Elisa. I think she's the one who had songs all along, and that's who Lis inherited his song charm from. The "lonely, loveless king loved by songs" could actually be referring to Elisa, "Song", loving him. Ellroy had been pretty confused about what their relationship was supposed to be aside from legal husband and wife, but he seemed to realize this about her when he listened to those men of the court insulting her.
She was also the one who told Lis about the power of songs. It'd be even more appropriate if she knew because it was her power.
Information is still early in regards to what, exactly, makes up white magic, so I'm prepared to be wrong on any of these details.

I see you mixing white magic song charms and green imagery, Higuchi, I see you.
