(Excuse any mistakes, I rushed this like crazy. My neck is suffering.)

What are 8 Habits that can Destroy my life?
Procrastination: Putting off tasks or responsibilities until the last minute can lead to stress, missed opportunities, and a lack of productivity, ultimately hindering your personal and professional growth.
Negative Self-Talk: Constantly engaging in self-criticism, doubt, or negative thinking can erode your self-esteem, confidence, and mental well-being, making it difficult to pursue your goals and find happiness.
Excessive Screen Time: Spending excessive amounts of time on electronic devices, such as smartphones, computers, or TVs, can lead to physical health issues like eye strain, poor posture, and disrupted sleep patterns, as well as social isolation and reduced productivity.
Unhealthy Lifestyle Choices: Engaging in habits like overeating, excessive drinking, smoking, or substance abuse can have serious long-term consequences for your physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life.
Lack of Boundaries: Failing to set and enforce personal boundaries can lead to feelings of resentment, burnout, and relationship conflicts, as well as a loss of control over your time and priorities.
Living Beyond Your Means: Overspending, accumulating debt, or constantly seeking external validation through material possessions can lead to financial stress, instability, and a cycle of never-ending consumption.
Avoiding Confrontation: Avoiding difficult conversations or conflicts can result in unresolved issues, resentment, and strained relationships, as well as missed opportunities for growth, understanding, and resolution.
Isolation and Withdrawal: Withdrawing from social interactions, hobbies, or activities that bring you joy and fulfillment can lead to feelings of loneliness, depression, and stagnation, depriving you of meaningful connections and experiences.
Identifying and addressing these habits can be an important step toward leading a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.

I have a bad eating habit and started distracting myself when I crave stuff and it made me realize, distraction would be a way to defeat or escape habit.
All this leads me to the realization if I screamed "HEY LOOK, A CHILD" and processed to kick habit in the balls and beat him while he's on the ground that very well could technically work.
