Follow the Theoskepasti - Skaros Hiking Trail 3. You will soon reach the huge Skaros Rock 4. Keep going on the path 5. The path is a bit slippery sometimes, so make sure to wear proper shoes 6. Near the end, you’ll reach some stair-like path 7. Follow the stairs, and you will find the church ▫️Careful not to stay that long after sunset, so you can get back to the trail and houses easily. Give yourself enough time to climb those stairs and battle the rocks. ▫️Expect a longer and exhausting hike, especially when you go back to the houses, haha. Black Beach Santorini: Things to know before going 📌Save these tips for later: 🚗Rent a car: it will be more convenient and comfortable to reach the beach (and the other Red and White Beaches) 🍸 Cocktail bar: when you reach the Black Beach, you will find a beach bar at the spot. The best thing is, you can use the sunbeds and stay as long as you wish, if you buy a small cockail or even an ice cream. 🫣Secluded: Black Beach is more secluded and less people visit it, compared to the Red Beach. However, it has really strong waves, whilst the water at Red Beach is pretty calm. We did not visit the White Beach, so we cannot offer proper advice on it. When and How to book cheap flights to Santorini? ✈️ You would want to read this❕ We actually booked our Santorini flight from Athens, 2 weeks before flying. We purchased the tickets from the airline: Volotea The best deal was to subscribe to Megavolotea package of the airline. This way, we could enjoy the benefits and try it out for 15 days for FREE. Benefits ✨: Discounts on flights, 10 kg checked luggage, priority boarding and more. As we would not travel with Volotea that often, we ended our subscription (which in reality was completely free this way). Did you know about this place in Naples? 🍋 🍋BASILICA DI SANTA CHIARA🍋 ✨It’s a religious complex They have here the Church of Santa Chiara (the largest church in Naples), a monastery, tombs, and an archeological museum. ✨The place has a beautiful Gothic architecture with some Romanesque elements ✨After you enter the building, in the middle, there are these beautifully decorated cloisters. These are made up of 72 octagonal columns, each covered in hand-painted Majorca tiles. Benches connect each pillar, and you can walk along, all over the area. Rome: Did you know you can go to the beach? 🌊 #puzzlegoalsz 🚊If you are in Rome, it doesn’t mean you can only enjoy the city. You can actually take a train, which looks like a metro by the way, and go to the nearest beach. ✨It takes about an hour from Rome city centre. 🌊The nearest beach is in Ostia.
