She hadn't expected to see the other hero out while she was doing her shopping. It was somewhat exciting for her having gone to a different school than the famous U.A. It did make Rumi curious about how her old school was different than the more famous hero school. She just never got the chance to talk about it with the other top five.

When I was a silly kid, I wanted to save the world.

Seriously, that's what I answered people when they asked about my dream/goal in life.

I guess I relate to Izuku in that way - I was a huge idealist and expected too highly of the world. Of course, as a jaded adult now, I know better than to think like that, but Izuku is free to live out that innocent desire. Writing him also fills me with positive emotions and makes me smile after a long, tiring day at work.

{ ♪ } -- The redhead snorted, threatening to get her water up her nose. It was taking so much effort not to laugh at the statement, unsure of exactly how serious he was about it. Still, Bella grinned at him as she fought the joyful tears.

"What the hell, Shouta?" She laughed. "I can't even think of a way to respond to that! That's really funny to me."

Ah, well. She failed to keep herself from laughing, but hopefully he understood that it wasn't something she was going to be upset about. In fact, she was rather tickled by it.

"Note to self, never tell Shouta he's right!"

Shinsou can't help but feel nerves. The upcoming evaluation of his skills was something that loomed at the back of mind since he joined UA. Not making it in the hero course was a blow to his confidence-- both a cause of embarrassment and a sign of his weaknesses.

Though he spent a fair amount of time training with his mentor, he still felt like there were many areas he could improve. Unlike the students of Class 1A and 1B, he was not as experienced in real combat, being limited to the training with Aizawa-sensei.

With the evaluation less than a week away, it was hard for Shinsou to sleep. He had spent his free time training alone and running through potential battle scenarios, losing sleep to the endless bouts of hypothetical situations that could occur. Though he was not typically one to lose his composure, it was hard not to feel strongly about the opportunity that Shinsou thought would allow him to realize his dreams to become a hero.

That was why Shinsou found himself at his mentor's office. He was hoping to get some last minute advice.

"Do you really think I stand a chance out there?" he asks, unable to mask his worries. It was evident his mentor was at least aware of the predicament he was in since he'd seemed to be more concerned about the first year's well-being over whatever training question Shinsou had previously asked. "Do you think our training really worked?"

it's probably concerning, how loud katsuki opts to play his music. it's not much of a surprise that he jolts when aizawa catches him out for it, rapidly taking out one of his earphones and starting to turn it down, before ... hey, wait a second.

the dust has since settled since the final war / things have slowly , slowly , gone back to a semblance of normal , but only for most . katsuki still struggles some days . his hand shakes and makes his calligraphy messy and jagged , and it becomes so illegible that he opts for his now-trained left hand to write instead - and if it isn't his hand not working the way he wants , it's the feeling that his heart is more present than before , its beating in his ears .

maybe the class did not understand the depths of katsuki's struggles beyond his frustrated growls and occasional bouts of anger , throwing the pen aside only to pick it up with his non-dominant hand to keep writing ... but maybe @eraseur understood . maybe he would understand that things could not always be the same as it was before . maybe he'd know katsuki's frustration .

Well...He couldn't exactly say he was too surprised. From what he knew, mostly what Tokoyami had shared about his classes, he had a feeling their personalities would clash. Then again, Keigo had that assumption about Endeavor and the big guy seemed to like him enough. That being enough to not set him on fire.

"What do I need from Aizawa-sensei?" Izuku repeated, pondering the question for a moment. His gloved fingers shook as they drew up to fiddle with the collar of his shirt. He hadn't really thought about what he wanted, let alone what he needed. But here his teacher was, showing concern for him and offering his help. And Izuku was tired.

"I guess... I just need your support, sensei. I want someone to fall back on when I'm tired. I don't want to be tired, but you and everyone else have taught me that even the toughest heroes get tired. And when I'm tired, I have to rest. I can't stop the League, the Nomus, or anybody else if I'm not feeling my best, so promise me I will always have you to come back to." he paused, looking down at his feet. "UA is my second family. I want it to always be like that."

{ ♪ } -- The intense growl she let out when she missed him again was almost impressive. For someone who seemed so much like a harmless bunny, her temper was surely unmatched.

His offer, though, initially upset her more. Bella wanted to yell and flail and jerk away from him, but she knew better. Shota was only trying to help her. It took a second for her to force herself to stop and take a few deep breaths to calm herself. She wouldn't learn anything about hand to hand combat if she kept getting so angry over it all.

"Okay... What did I do wrong this time?"

Ochako, caught off-guard by her teacher’s sudden presence, jumps in surprise as her head whips round to face his. ...Did he just get here, or has he been here for a while already? Sometimes she swears Aizawa is so sneaky, like he’s a ghost or something...

Shaking off those ridiculous thoughts, Ochako flushes a little in embarrassment as she realize he caught her staring off into space. It’s not like she was crying or anything, but she can’t help but worry - did he see how upset she was just now? She doesn’t want to bother him, especially when he’s been through so much for her sake already...

“Umm, you scared me! Ahaha...”

...He’s not gonna give her a lecture on being caught-off guard so easily, right?
