Then there’s the aura of pure … paralyzing evil that Ichirō gives off to those in his presence, when he is not there to be kind. If a man like him is ever truly capable of that, without it being just another way for him to pull the strings in his grand design.

There was no time to stop him. No time to even move. It happened in an instant.

A microsecond.

And in that moment, this man made us feel death.

I am here again with another one of Ichirō’s speeches. It may be from BNHA, but it really is a testament to his vindictive nature no matter the verse.

There are no lengths that he will not go to and it does not matter how long it may ever possibly take. When you have gotten on his bad side, he will not rest until he has taken everything that makes you who you are and obliterated it. Every single virtue, everything and everyone that you hold dear is going to be broken beyond repair, and he still will not manage to be satisfied with it.

You know, All Might…as much as you hate me, I think I probably loathe you more. I killed your master, sure. But you took away so much from me, everything I tried to build. That’s why I want you to suffer until your last breath, and die broken and disgraced, for all the world to see.

I will obliterate everything you’ve protected. First to go will be your self-respect, and ridiculous public image. Show the world how pitiful you really are, “Symbol of Peace.”

And the part that I’ve been looking for this whole time. His immense pride in what he has done to Tomura, taking him in and raising him with the most twisted of ideals all in the name of revenge against the boy’s grandmother. Against a woman that the child never even met, and that even his father scarcely remembers.

It’s never been about the Shimuras, but merely about how one of them dared to stand up to him. He crushed her and her family and still could not be happy with it.

There is one thing you might be interested to know. Tomura Shigaraki? My apprentice? He’s Nana Shimura’s grandson. I kept wondering what would annihilate your golden heart. And so I found Tomura.

Groomed him to hate you, and watched you smile so proudly as you beat your master’s descendant.

Canonically extremely complicit in and debatably responsible for a 5 year old awakening a highly destructive power and accidentally murdering his entire family.

After he killed the boy’s grandparents and stalked their lone remaining son for years until the time was right to cause their downfall, too.

Then proceeded to “adopt” the 5 year old and raise him with the explicit purpose of filling him with nothing but hate for this world, in the hopes that he’ll raze it all to the ground. Bragging to enemies about this whole master plan all the while, and conspiring to steal the kid’s body from him to replace his own broken one.
