So question, in Shattered Glass, how do the events change? Is it that the events happen to the same characters as they did in the regular timeline, or so the events switch to a swapped counterpart of theirs?

Like for example, in Animated, would it be SG Megatron left as just a head for 50 years, or would it be SG Optimus?

I feel like I’ve heard cases of both, so I just want clarification on the matter

#personally in my given example I think I’d prefer if it was SG Megatron #bc I think I heard SG Sumdac is like an evil overlord in their universe #and I think the story of Megatron desperately trying to rebuild his body and stay alive #so that he can find his friends and stop this man sounds compelling #also maybe him having guilt over the fact that he’s technically the reason Sumdac got so powerful and influential #even though it wasn’t his fault Sumdac reverse engineered his systems while in stasis #I don’t know I think about this sometimes #especially since I know Animated was supposed to get a Shattered Glass episode in Season 4 #but yeah #transformers #shattered glass #transformers animated #questions
