ah thank you! I am not loving To All The Better Places right now because I have writers block! However I am still muddling through it slowly! Some more Ted and Roy interactions, because I love them

“You’re fucking annoying, did you know that?” “It’s come up a couple times.” Ted grins, sliding the tin over to Roy “c’mon, just have one. I won’t tell him, promise.” “I don’t care if he knows I ate one of his stupid biscuits.” Roy retorts, taking one of the cookies stiffly, glaring at it like he’s trying to give it another round in the oven before taking a bite. Ted can tell he likes it, from the way his eyebrows knit together in abject rage. He turns his knitted together rage onto Ted. “fuck you.” “told you they were good.” Ted hums, leaning back in his chair satisfied as Roy takes another enraged bite of the cookie “Who knew Jamie was a man of so many talents. Baking, football-” “being a fucking liar.” Roy says, glaring at the cookie some more.

thank you! Fun fact about me is that lavender is one of my favourite flowers! Here's a snippet from chapter nine, which I have finally started writing after taking a bit of a break to laze around watching youtube for a few days!

Even with the tentative truce between him and Sam, Jamie isn’t exactly looking forward too it. There is after all six other former teammates for him to dodge, not to mention the coaches, and after his talk with Shiloh, Jamie knows he has to pull himself together about it. He can’t be walking around picking fights with the team or Roy or Ted when his students are always watching. Downside to having a bunch of little eyes on you at all times, for as nice as it was to know they looked up too you, it meant you really had to watch how you act around them. Kids are smarter than people like to give them credit for, Jamie had always known that, just because they didn’t always have the words for all the thoughts going on in their heads didn’t mean they didn’t have a wealth of them rattling around in their little kid brains between thoughts of sugar and the latest My Little Pony episode.
