#now you may be wondering where i have gone#the answer is that every time i don't feel okay i just go outside and touch grass and dont go on the internet for awhile#and it works#also i have a severe vitamin d deficiency and i was feeling like crap and kinda fell into a coma#not a literal one tho#spiritually and mentally i fell into one#tho i am now a senior in highschool and now have way more hours at work so i have progressed into the world#also i went off my meds like two months ago and just didn't tell anyone#eventually i told my doctor and she was like okay maybe dont go cold turkey and tell me if you no longer want to take them#so maybe part of my issue was withdrawal symptoms#i also have a caffeine addiction now#fuck trump#anti trump#trump hate#it's the final countdown
