ok so if we take dick as 24 and say he was adopted at 8 when bruce was 29 then bruce is 45, jason was 12 when he was adopted and dick was in college then, so jason would be 19, we know tim is 2 years younger than him so tim is 17, and we know cass and jason are around the same age (with cass being slightly older) so that's 19 for her too, and we know steph is a year older than tim, so she's 18. We can assume babs is the same age as dick, and we know kate was class of 2011 at west point which would make her 32 or 33 in 2022. we know duke was 17 in batman & the signal. HOWEVER, most of this was true when damian was first introduced at 10 years old. and we know damian is 14 now. so that would make everyone's current ages:

bruce: 49 (he feels like hes written younger than that though - and definitely drawn younger, i think)

kate: 32 (she's the only one who has a concrete date attached to her backstory, afaik, so the number doesnt get bumped up like all the others due to damian's age)

dick: 28

babs: 28

helena: 28 (i'm just assuming she's the same age as barbara)

cass: 23

jason: 23

steph: 22

tim: 21

duke: 21 (batman & the signal was relatively recent in canon BUT he feels around the same age as tim, and b&ts was 4 years ago irl so im comfortable aging him up)

damian: 14 (which we know concretely as of robin #1)

BONUS fox batkids and harper:

assuming jace spent ten years training, including military school, he's currently: 27

luke is younger than jace by, let's assume 2 years, so he's currently: 25

tiffany is the youngest and was a baby when jace was 17, so let's ballpark her age at around: 12 or 13 (also based on future's end, which was 5 years in the future at the time, where she was said to be 12)

harper was (might still be - i haven't been reading joker) at gotham u, so she's at least college age, and i'm going to bet she's around the same age as steph, leaving her at: 22
