Keep sitting and join your hands in the air in an upwards position like your palm facing the ceiling. Stretch your hands and hold on for at least 9-10 seconds. Repeat this exercise 4-5times.

Stand up and hold your right arm above the left side of the elbow. Hold on for 15-30seconds and repeat this exercise with both of the arms to get relief.

Leg stretching If you want to increase the flexibility and mobility of joints, then leg stretching is a must for you. Here are a few of them that can be easily done even at the workplace. Stand up, bend your right knee in such a way so that your knee points straight to the floor. Hold the ankle for 10seconds and repeat it the same way with both of the legs by holding onto something, if required.

Keep your right foot in the front then bend your knee a little making the back flatter. Flex your leg until you feel the stretch and hold on for 15-30 seconds. Repeat the same with the left foot as well.
