Rhubarb - I can’t remember if it’s a fruit or a vegetable but it’s my favourite in between/both categories. I could make it into a pie but once I’ve stewed it the family usually descends like vultures (okay, not as ugly as that) and eats it all including scraping the saucepan until I beg for mercy!
