GUYS. Now, WHY don't I see more drawings of Falin with glasses? Hm? Don't we all love women with glasses? Because last time I checked, we do!

Why do you guys think she pulls a Brock (pokemon)?? It's not because it'd be interesting and mysterious and cool if she just rarely opened her eyes. It's because this [fine individual] can't [flipping] see !!!

My poor girl has just been squinting her ENTIRE life. (Which really speaks to her background and where her and the environment Liaos come from, but STILL)

SOMEONE needs to get this girl some glasses before I lose my marbles!!

For context: falin always has her eyes closed (squints) becuase she's nearsighted and never got glasses.

I have a bit of an idea (that i may or may not turn into a mini comic/drawing thingy)

And it goes as follows:

Marcille discovery why Falin's always squinting

She says something along the lines of "oh, why you never get glasses"

Falin gives this really sad explanation like "Well, I just kinda got used to it and I've never really had the money for glasses"

Marcille's heart BREAKS

Falin let's Marcille schedule her an appointment with an optometrist

Falin's a good sport about it all

They pick out some cute frames and wait for the prescription to come in

The big reveal comes and...!

Falin's golden eyes are CONSTANTLY piercing anyone and everyone's unsuspecting gaze.

Marcille is BLIDNED. She wants to be supportive but literally cannot bear the intense glare Falin gives everyone by accident (in Falin's defence, her autistic ass does NOT know how to regulate eye contact)

It's almost like my girl is holding her eyes extra wide to make up for all that lost time. She's like a bush baby in my mind

All and all

Falin doesn't regularly wear her glasses. She just forgets to unless she's dressing up for something- or just puts them on randomly. For this, Marcille is grateful for. Though she does still love looking into Falin's eyes, she cannot physically handle the fact that Falin constantly looks like she's trying to explode things with her mind.

All things are good in moderation!

Everyone else is a little startled by falin suddenly wearing glasses and staring them down. And Lowkey fear when she's going to wear them next. Nobody is ready for those golden orbs LMAO. Not even Kabru

Maybe I'll write a fic on this? Maybe. Idk how to write. Will I make a little shitpost-y comic on this? Purrhaps

Just because she's soft spoken doesn't mean she's a "uwu angel baby". That is a grown women that's been through some shit! We start off the series with her being eaten by a dragon goddamn it. You think dragons just pop up and scoop up unsuspecting damsels? NO. You gotta decend in a dank dungeon, beat monsters, and revive who knows how many people to reach that thing.

I dont think she's anxious. Even in what we see of her as a child, she isn't a really nervous kid! She's just introverted! She isn't really "shy" as much as "quiet". She wins the IDGAF war and is nice (rare combo)
