20. do you need music/noise to write or do you prefer silence? it depends on my mood, but for the most part i do write with music in the background. usually that ranges from k-pop, k-rn&b, rn&b, and hip hop ( shoutout to DEA.N, ka.li uchis, s.za, d.rake.) . i think it's very rare to write with silence, but it's probably because i prefer hearing how fast i type. i do tend to have music on based on what i'm writing/the overall vibes of the thread.

5. what is a character you love, but don't you can write? hmm...i don't know that i do at this moment. i think for the longest time i thought i couldn't write gojo ( i actually used to write megumi awhile back ago. and i love gojo, but i had decided to write for megumi because his potential is there! ) because i felt like i couldn't be goofy enough. but somehow, i relate to his cockiness and his boujeness, among other things.

4. what old character would you love to bring back? oooh. this one is tough, sometimes i think about faye valentine a lot when i used to write her. love my femme fatale, money-loving, debt-owing gal. i do sometimes also think about santanico from the fdtd tv series, love her to death and absolute adore her nuance. she's a problematic fav but she was soo fun to write.i do think at some point i'll bring back or write a female muse. but who knows?

Dark Night (a fdtd Queen of the Damned inspired AU fic where paranormal researcher Kate enters an underground world of vampires, and accidentally meets and falls for vampire!Seth. Meanwhile, his brother Richie, is trying to climb his way to the top in the underworld and becomes involved with Amaru, who has her own ambitions of taking over the earth and showing everyone who the real queen is.)

Off the Grid (original fic inspired from a dream I had that was a combination of the video games Control, Far Cry 5 [which I never played actually lol], and D.J.’s screenplay Fight or Flight [synopsis here])

Kate/Amaru fic (a fdtd fic that takes place right after the events from s2, with Kate’s journey to finding herself and searching for things to believe in while Amaru is slowly trying to take over her body and twist her thoughts. Meanwhile as Seth, Richie, and Scott are wrapped up in their own grief after Kate’s “death,” they begin to find clues that she’s still alive, but she may not be the same person they once knew.)

When I Wake Up, Who’s Going to Be My Savior? (a sethkate AU where the Gecko brothers are in town visiting a local bar that is having a ladies’ night where they’re auctioning off men for charity. Seth gets so drunk that he enters the auction and strips, and in the end, Kate, who is also in town with her friends, wins him. They both have a wild night where they end up wasted, but when they wake up in the morning, they don’t remember all that’s happened, and how Kate ended up in Seth’s bed [moodboard here])

One Fine Week (a sethkate single-parents AU fic inspired by the movie One Fine Day [synopsis here])

It Takes Two to Tango (a sethkate dance AU fic inspired from the movie Dance With Me, where Kate takes dance lessons from dance instructor, Seth Gecko [moodboard here])

After Jennifer’s funeral, an angry, grief-stricken Kate meets Seth at a convenience store and gets a ride from him after her car suddenly breaks down. She offers him free food as a way to pay him back once they return to the Fuller house, and he offers her his company and a lending ear as she’s finding it hard to cope with the loss of her mother.]

10 Things AU (a sethkate AU fic inspired from the movie 10 Things I Hate About You)

Clear (original fic inspired from another dream I had years ago that takes place in the late 90′s. It involves a college freshman named Natalie and her roommate, Clare, and how suddenly a student’s disappearance changes everything on campus. It’s more like a sci-fi, mystery, drama fic that I don’t even know if I’m ever gonna go back to writing it lmao.)

Addicted to Love (a sethkate AU fic inspired from the movie 28 Days. Kate is admitted into rehab and meets a frequent patient named Seth, and soon they develop an addiction to each other that they don’t want to admit.)

The Woods (a silverchair AU fic that’s been abandoned for years that, honestly, I might just turn it into an original fic with taking out the band and coming up with other original characters lol. A band takes a trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains, where they make camp. During their stay, they encounter something else lurking in the woods that they accidentally bring back with them once they try to leave.)
